“We’re determined to make 2009 our greatest year ever and to helpmaintain and improve the success we’ve already seen in Ireland,” heinformed the audience.

Throughout the day there were fantastic testimonials from Kleenezeup-and-coming Distributors, Niall Donaghy, Vincent Tsoi and GillyMcCrone. All relativenewcomers toKleeneze, theirbusinesses arealready thriving andtheir stories all oneswe hear of ineveryday life – redundancy, thinking of starting their own businesses, goals they wanted to reach. Although everyday kind of stories, thetwist on theirs happens to be now their dreams are coming true, theirgoals realised and their futures secured.

Guest speaker Mikeand Susan Pirie alsotook to the stage forsome serioustraining. The GoldSenior ExecutiveDistributorsaddressed everyoneat the Showcase, speaking of how

success is dependent on only one person – YOU. “There’s no one herewhose business is a million miles of track,” Mike explained beforelaunching into how to ensure you’re on that track heading firmlydown the path to success. Likewise, the other half of this successfulDistributorship, Susan spoke of the recipe for success – ingredientsincluding consistent retailing, communication, self-educationand practice!

It was a truly inspirational event and one that we are in no doubt willkick start Ireland’s greatest year to date.

“Having just come back from the Kleeneze Dublin showcase we haveto say it was a brilliant day! It was fantastic to have Jamie Stewartthere and as always the Kleeneze team did a brilliant job.

Mike and Susan Pirie gave some great tips and really firedeveryone up for 2009. Marie Ryan showed us how the other half isliving in a depression about the recession and how we are workingwith a fantastic company that has gone from strength to strength overthe years.

The recognition was fantastic, probably the biggest we have seen inDublin, and it is only going to getbigger! It was very special for us aswe had our newest team membersthere getting recognised for achievingtheir 10% bonus level, whichconsidering they achieved this inperiod 13 and the fact that they areboth in wheelchairs is absolutely unbelievable. Gilbert and Suzanne

you are superstars! They are a complete inspiration to everybody andthey are proof that anybody can do this business and be successful.

2009 is the year for us all to shine!”

Emma and Richard O’TooleSenior Distributors

“Dublin is great for meeting up with the people who couldn’t make itto Birmingham for whatever reason. I think everyone should at least tryto get to one Birmingham Showcase, but Dublin is definitely oneto go.

I went to Birmingham the week before, and the Irish Showcase is likehaving a refresher course! It’s also much more intimate – the peopleyou see in Birmingham are the people you actually get to meet andspeak to properly in Dublin. Plus you can also speak to all the peoplebehind the scenes on the corporate side.

My highlight was seeing Mike Pirie speak. I’ve beenin the business seven months, but now I reallywant it and I want it now! I’ve been to every singlemeeting since I started and you do hear some ofthe same things, but this time I saw it in adifferent light. His training has made me muchmore focused.”

Susan KeenanSilver Distributor

“I love the Dublin Showcase, because the speakersare right there to talk to, you can introduce yourteam to them and it’s much more personal.

The highlight of the day had to be Mike Pirie’straining. His whole attitude is so laid back and hemakes it all seem like fun. It was very motivational.

Marie was right – we’re at the right place at theright time now. Now all we need to do is take action.”

Niamh O’Connor, Gold Distributor

“Saturday was brilliant! I had a signing on the day, one on Sunday, two on Monday and two on Tuesday! Two of these were off the backof the Showcase. I always try to bring guests to these events – thistime I just sent out a broadcast email to all my contacts. In this currentclimate, where people just need money, I think Kleeneze is a realalternative for them. I didn’t contact any of these prospects – theycontacted me. People just don’t have access to money at the moment.

I think the Showcases are great – Dublin especiallyas you can meet with the company representativesface-to-face and speak to them about yourfeedback, whatever it may be. It’s nice to comesomewhere where you can meet other peoplewho may have the same challenges as you in yourbusiness and just talk about it. It makes you feelyou’re not on your own and it gets you so focusedon your goals.

My goals for 2009? To go Bronze, win a car and get to Cape Town!”

Laura Cleland, Gold Distributor

ENTERPRIZE WEEKLY BULLETIN Issue 02 16.01.09

For one part of the Network, the New Year Showcase was particularlyspecial. For a team to come home with one of the trophies is a greatfeeling. For a team to come home with THREE though is a feeling likeno other.

On Saturday 3 January, Geoff and Fiona Webb took the SEDChallenge Cup, while Downlines Andrew Buxton and Laura Kellyclinched the Distributor Challenge Trophy and Gail and Darren Drewwon the Harry Crook Trophy! It was an amazing hat trick and here’swhat they had to say:

“The New Year Showcase at the NIA was, for us, the pinnacle of ouramazing Kleeneze journey to date.

Where do we start? Well, a record turnout from our fabulous RhinoGroup with team synergy at an all time high as we celebratedtogether the end of an awesome 2008, and the beginning of an evenmore spectacular 2009.

But for us, the reason this day was our career highlight was not onlyto see new Golds and Seniors being recognised for their achievementsacross the stage, but to see two of our Distributorships picking upthose coveted Kleeneze Trophies for their outstanding successthroughout 2008: Gail and Darren Drew for the Harry Crook Trophyand Andrew Buxton and Laura Kelly being presented with theDistributor Challenge Trophy. We were then honoured to bepresented with the SED Leaders Trophy, which we collected on behalfof ALL our amazing team.

Being on stage again at the end to wave our flags with Andy andLaura as we were again recognised for Club Med 2 qualification - aday doesn't get much better than that. We would like to add ourpersonal congratulations to Mike and Jean Day on their well deservedrecognition as Distributors of the Year - they have truly blazed a trailto inspire us all. With the company announcements, we KNOW thatwe are poised to achieve even greater things in the years ahead - howabout you? It’s out there for all of us. Thank you Kleeneze.”

Geoff and Fiona Webb, Silver Senior Executive Distributorsand SED Trophy Winners

“In the beginning, we weren’t actually going for the trophy, so whenwe were told that we were on the top end of the trophy table, wedidn't believe it! Our focus was really just to earn as much money aspossible to pay our rent and our debts. We have a fantasic small team- the Phoenix Team, due to the fact that we were in so much debt,we joined Kleeneze for a bit of extra cash. After a while, we quit ourjobs and, as you know, the phoenix rises from the ashes, which isexactly what we started to do!

When we went to the top of the trophy table, Darren startedrecording everything and tracking everyone very closely we started to

think hey we could actually do this! Our team worked even harder and wedid too. When a couple in our teamworked so hard, fitting it in between a12-hour shift job, and went Gold itfelt amazing - such a proud moment.Watching our team members, Fionaand Simon, go across the stage asGold was as proud a moment for usthan us going on the stage. It's truewhat they say - it means more to youwhen you see team go over the stagethan when we went over.

Period 13 was a nightmare as wedon't get to see any results, so it was a case of just doing your bestand waiting. We couldnt believe it when we were told we had won -we had never won anything before. The day we received it will staywith us forever. It was the proudest day of our lives when our nameswere called out - seeing our team and all of the Rhino team standingand cheering was amazing. Standing on the stage with all the topearners in the business was amazing, but just as special was havingour team with us, as we couldn't have done it without them.

It was also so special being there with Laura (Kelly) and Andy (Buxton)they are our inspiration. They are everything we want to be and we'llbe following in their footsteps so that way we cant go wrong! As forGeoff and Fiona (Webb), words cant describe how we feel aboutthem. They are not just team leaders they are amazing friends to usall. They had belief in us the whole time and we are so proud to havewon the trophy for the Rhino and Phoenix teams. Our first week hasbeen amazing with so many messages of congratulations. I believethat the trophy has inspired everyone in the team to think thatanything is possible, as we are just all normal people - no special giftsor diplomas just a work ethic and a will to learn.

Now we are focusing on the future. Our goals this year are to be onthe Cape Town Conference and to be Silver Executive by the end ofthe year, of course earning loads of money along the way! Our othergoal is to help as many of our team to reach their targets , as we allknow help enough people and you get what you want anyway and itis a simple task as we have a fantastic, coachable team!

We would just like to finish by saying a massive thank you to Geoffand Fiona Webb, our Upline. They are amazing people who havehelped us so much in the last few months and we were so proud tobe standing with them with the trophies. Also thanks to Tony andMuriel Judson who have always had belief in us all the way.”

Gail and Darren Drew, Senior Distributors andHarry Crook Trophy Winners

Bronze Executive Distributors, Andrew Buxton and Laura Kellystormed 2008 - hitting the ‘double’, qualifying for theCaribbean and Vienna, and now the pair have snapped upthe Distributor Challenge Trophy to boot. EWB spoke to themto find out how their 2009 is shaping up so far.

How has your first week as trophy winners been?It was actually back to work straight away! The group have beentremendous. The belief levels have risen dramatically as a trophywinning team. We encourage and help each other a lot and thisteam achievement has fuelled the enthusiasm to achievemore in 2009.

Does winning the trophy help any other aspect of yourbusiness – sponsoring for instance?

Of course. We are marketing the fact that the company haverecognised the group for its success. Everyone wants to be part of asuccessful team (look at the sales of Man Utd Shirts worldwide!) Weknow that sharing this opportunity and our achievements showsKleeneze as a company geared for success , one that rewards its teammembers with incredible incentives! That can only be a massivepositive for the Kleeneze brand!

You’ve had a great 2008, so what do you have lined upfor 2009?Thats a secret! No seriously though, we want to build on the fact we

had nine team members in Vienna. We are absolutely thilled to havequalified for the next Autumn Destination through winning thetrophy and want to help as many of the group as possible to alsoexperience how fabulous these conferences are. We want to help allour team members to achieve whatever it is they want from thebusiness remembering to value those who only want to do a little.Once people achieve small goals they often progress to larger ones!

Any advice on achieving your goals? One step at a time. Have a plan. Don't mistake movement foraccomplishment, use the system, take action, and most of all havesome fun and enjoy the price of success (the hard work reallyis worth it!).

“This year will be particularly exciting. - So many Distributors have told me they’re really going for the Mini Cooper incentive – so who will it be?The reward is certainly worth the effort,” Michael Khatkar, Head of Network Development

THE CRITERIA

A MINI COOPER can be won in EACH quarter of 2009 (Periods 1 to 3, 4 to 6, 7 to 9, 10 to 12)

• The car will be awarded to the Distributorship that has moved the highest number of Sales Plan positions, in any single quarter (the startingposition is BRONZE EXECUTIVE).

• The qualifying Distributorship MUST maintain the new Sales Plan position for THREE CONSECUTIVE SALES PERIODS (this includes thePeriod the new Sales Plan position is achieved in).

• The qualifying Distributorship MUST also show POSITIVE YEAR-ON-YEAR GROWTH – over the same quarter in the previous year.

• In the event of a draw, the Distributorship with the greatest year on year growth (Bulk Sales), over the previous year will win the car.

A mini incentive with giant reward

It wasn’t just a picture of their own van, Graham and Shaun sent in. Customer, Mrs SHopkins kindly gave them this picture for our newsletter.

“This is my brother-in-law, George McKear from Plymouth who was a Kleenezesalesman in the late 1940s,” she tells us. “In those days they had these small trykes totake their wares about.”

Best dressed vehiclecirca 1940s...

Here’s what our last Mini Cooper winners, Peter and Myrna Wellockhad to say:

“A huge thank you to Kleeneze for making this possible for us. We havealways considered Kleeneze to be a magical company, with magical peopleat it’s helm, and after so many major knocks in our past, we cannot believethere is such a company, or indeed an ‘institution’, as Kleeneze that wouldcome along and turn our lives completely around and ask absolutelynothing in return, but a little commitment.

There are so many people out there who have totally failed to understandwhat Kleeneze is all about, and have dismissed this golden opportunity outof hand, in favour of selling their labour for the benefit of another, purelybecause they have not been blessed with either the mental attitude to

succeed in the first place, or they do not have the capacity to appreciate what they are throwing away.

You will know the famous saying of Winston Churchill, when he said: ‘most people stumble upon opportunity at least once in their lifetime yetget up and walk away as though nothing has happened’. Thank goodness that we were guided in the right direction in the early days when wejoined this wonderful company of ours.”

...and speaking of carsThank you to everyone who attended the New Year Showcase on Saturday 3 January and thosewho sent their pictures of their ‘best dressed’ cars in. Due to a technical hitch on the day, we wereunable to show any pictures, however, last week we asked that you send us your pictures to bejudged by our esteemed adjudicators.

We can now announce our top prize winners are Silver Distributors Graham and Shaun Ford.Congratulations! Your Retail Kit is on its way.

BULK SALES FIGURES PERIOD 13 – COMBINED

16.01.09 Issue 02 ENTERPRIZE WEEKLY BULLETIN

KEEP YOURBUSINESSUP TO DATEAs we all know, customer service is themost important aspect of this industry andthat’s why keeping your business up-to-date is paramount to achieving businesssuccess. One of the key ways of doing thisis ensuring you have the right cataloguesfor the job.

Don’t let your customers downensure you have the RIGHTcatalogues.

Silver Distributor, Martyn Regan is alreadymaking use of what he learned at the NewYear Showcase. Still in his first full period inthe business, he put out 44 catalogues onMonday 4 Jan, picked them up one day laterand had orders for £280.50! He put thereason down to talking to people, andwhen they asked him how we was – he toldthem he was ‘fantastic’ – based on EdLudbrook’s training!”

“Well its Christmas eve and while most ‘normal’ people are rushingaround getting last minute presents or in some cases, just gettingstarted (you know who you are), I have been out dropping the last ofmy deliveries and wishing the people I bump into a Merry Christmas inanticipation of my 12:30 appointment with a very special lady.

Emma is part of a hard working and dedicated team of people raisingfunds for Naomi House Children’s Hospice. A very humbling and yetheart warming place for poorly children and their families. They havelong been my local charity of choice and as such I spread this theword this Christmas by pledging to all my customers that for everyChristmas Reindeer they bought over Period 13, I would donate theanother one to Naomi House to use in their fundraising throughoutthe year.

Well despite the short notice we did have some success and it was avery proud moment when I was able to hand over our little herd toEmma and the team and grabbed the opportunity to bag a picture for

the Kleeneze Olympians (Go for Gold). We will be doing the samething next year and encouraging others in the Olympian Team to dothe same.

It would be great to turn up nextyear with a whole car load ofreindeers, snowmen or whateverelse Kleeneze chose as next year’sCover Item.

It was a great end to crazy fewmonths which have seen my wifeleave me, having to move out ofmy home into lodgings and then,on a plus side, qualifying as a Gold with over £9000 personal retail.Just shows that we may take a kicking from time to time, but we keepon ticking.”

Jerry Egerton, Gold Distributor
