Sunday Supper
Set-up &Sign-up!
Volunteers are needed to provide suppers on Sundaynights and set up/break down tables and chairs for themeal. Set-up can be done on Sunday mornings at 10:30a.m. Breakdown can be immediately after children eat.As the saying goes, “Many hands make light work!” –Especially strong men’s backs and hands! Watch your email inbox for a link to sign up to serve
and set-up Sunday Night Suppers. Sign-up will be donethrough the volunteerspot.com website. Once you have signed up, you will receive an auto-
mated reminder about your duty the week before.

PARENTS: Please have your child at church ontime each Sunday evening so that they have timeto finish their meal and participate with the group.
DO NOT drop your child off outside! Children mustbe dropped off and picked up inside the gym noearlier than 5:30 p.m. Please do not leave yourchild unsupervised. Adults who are there before5:30 are preparing for meals and lessons and arenot able to supervise.
Each Sunday night, two parents provide supperand assist with K-1, 2-3 classes.
