Bellerive Is A Mixed-Use Development In Northern Idaho, Featuring A Public Pedestrian Promenade Along The Spokane River. The Development Includes Single Family Homes, Multi-Family Courtyard Homes, Commercial And Retail Buildings. The Rivewalk Celebrates The Development’s Focus On A Northern Idaho Aesthetic Through The Use Of Indigenous Building Materials And A Native Plant Palette.
