2.1 Applications
The manual vacuum pump is used for sucking the dosing medium into the pulsation damper in order to accelerate commissioning of a dosing pump.
2.2 Materials
• Body: PVC
• Gaskets: Viton
• Collar of the slider: NBR.
3. InstallationInstall the manual vacuum pump (1) at the pulsation damper (3) following the installation example.
4. Operation1. Open the ball valve (2).
2. Slowly suck the medium, until about a quarter of the pulsation damper (3) is filled.
3. During sucking, hold the upper cap of the manual vacuum pump (1).
4. Close the ball valve (2).

During operation of the dosing system, the ball valve must be closed.

2.1 Verwendungszweck
Die Hand-Vakuumpumpe wird verwendet, um bei der Inbetrieb-nahme einer Dosierpumpe das Dosiermedium bis in den Saug-Pulsationsdämpfer anzusaugen, um die Inbetriebnahme zu beschleunigen.
2.2 Werkstoffe
• Körper: PVC
• Dichtungen: Viton
• Dichtungsmanschette am Schieber: NBR.
3. InstallationHand-Vakuumpumpe (1) entsprechend dem Installationsbeispiel am Pulsationsdämpfer (3) anschließen.
4. Betrieb1. Kugelhahn (2) öffnen.
2. Medium langsam ansaugen, bis es den Pulsationsdämpfer (3) etwa zu einem Viertel ausfüllt.
3. Während des Saugens die obere Kappe der Hand-Vakuum-pumpe (1) festhalten.
4. Kugelhahn (2) wieder schließen.

2.1 Applications
La pompe à vide manuelle est utilisée lors de la mise en service de d’une pompe doseuse pour aspirer la solution jusqu’à l’amor-tisseur de pulsations installé sur la conduite d’aspiration de cette pompe.
2.2 Matériaux
• Corps : PVC
• Joints : Viton
• Joint d’étanchéité de la seringue : NBR.
3. InstallationRaccorder la pompe à vide manuelle (1) à l’amortisseur de pulsa-tions comme indiqué sur le schéma ci-dessous.
4. Fonctionnement1. Ouvrir le robinet à boule manuel (2).
2. Aspirer doucement la solution dosée jusqu’à ce qu’elle rem-plisse environ un quart du volume de l’amortisseur de pulsa-tions (3).
3. Pendant l’aspiration tenir le bouchon supérieur de la pompe à vide (1).
4. Refermer le robinet à boule manuel (2).

Pour éviter tout dommage causé par des liquides agressifs :
Installer impérativement le robinet à boule manuel (2) livré avec la pompe !
Ce robinet doit être fermé pendant le fonctionnement de l’installation de dosage. La pompe à vide manuelle ne doit pas entrer en contact avec la solu-tion dosée.

3. InstalareaMontați pompa manuală de vacuum (1) la nivelul atenuatorului de pulsații (3), conform exemplului de montare.
4. Funcţionare1. Deschideți robinetul (2).
2. Aspirați mediul treptat, până când umpleți o pătrime din suprafața atenuatorului de pulsații (3).
3. În timpul aspirării, țineți capacul superior al pompei manuale de vacuum (1).
4. Închideți robinetul (2).

Pompa manuală de vacuum (1) nu trebuie să intre în contact cu mediile de dozare.
