The HTS “Train the Trainer” is an intensive hands-on practical workshop-based program for department managers, supervisors, and leaders. This module is to enable participants to grasp the mindset of an expert trainer and appreciate the ‘inner game’ of beliefs and values as they apply to manage their people and department. The HTS Training Package(min 4 months package)ASKhrdf™ HTS package is offered based on the followings: -• Number of hours: 32 per month (min 4 hours per session per dept, max 8 hours per day/visit) • All training is conducted IN-HOUSE – bi-weekly. • Planning of departmental training schedules will be determined upon signing of contract. • No carry forward of un-used training hours is permitted. • All training schedule min 30 days ahead. Any less notice period will not be entertained. • Department KPI – every quarterly. (Please request for a quotation based on your hotel/resort capacity of team members. We cater our trining packages for all levels... )

(terms & conditions applies) • Employee assessment program before the HTS Training program. • SOP Evaluation of the hotel/resort. • KPI Monitoring of each management staff – Supervisors/Asst Managers/ Managers and other position as requested by the Management. How do we manage the ASKhrdf™ Training schedules with you?1. We plan a strategic training schedules and topic with your HR Manager.2. Training shall begin only upon signing of contract with HRDF Claim is approved. 3. A training calendar will be prepared during the contract period.
