Arrive from 3pm and enjoy afternoon tea and scones in the lounge. Enjoy a candlelit dinner in

the restaurant from 7.00pm, followed by live entertainment.

Thursday 31st December 2015 - Hogmanay

Enjoy a Hearty Scottish Breakfast in the restaurant from 8am to 10am. A Soup and Sandwich

lunch will be served in the restaurant from 12.30pm to 2pm. Hogmanay Celebrations start in

style with a Hogmanay Cocktail and Canapés Reception in the lounge area from 7.00pm to

7.30pm. A superb gala dinner will be served in the Queensberry Suite at 7.30pm, followed by

traditional Scottish entertainment with Ceilidh Band and Piper to bring in the New Year with

dancing till 1am, followed by traditional Stovies at 1am.

Friday 1st January 2016 – Happy New Year

For those who celebrated into the wee small hours a late Buck’s Fizz Brunch is available from

10am to 12pm in the restaurant – there are a variety of local walks available to help blow the

cobwebs away from an historical stroll through Symington Village to a vigorous hike up the

Tinto hill. Further information is available at reception or in your Guest Information folder in

your room. Later in the day we invite you to relax in the lounge and enjoy a light afternoon

tea, from 3.30pm to 4.30pm. Following dinner, which this evening is in the restaurant from

7.00pm, dance the night away with our live entertainment.

Saturday 2nd January 2016

After breakfast from 8am to 10am in the restaurant, we bid you fond farewells with what we

hope are pleasant memories of the past few days. All that remains is to wish you best wishes

for 2016, a safe journey home and hope that you will return in the not too distant future.
