Dear Guest,We are so thrilled to once again celebrate Christmas and Hogmanay at Gleneagles, and delighted to bring this magical festive programme to you. On behalf of the whole team, we wish you a very warm welcome to Gleneagles.

From brisk trail walks, ice skating and countryside adventures by day, to roaring log fires and decadent dining by night, the festive season transforms Gleneagles into a magical winter hideaway and a cosy home from home.

Over the next few days, we’ll crack open nearly 5,000 bottles of Champagne, prepare over 3,500 mince pies, and our pastry chefs will whip their way through 1.5 tonnes of sugar and 2 tonnes of chocolate to fill the hotel with seasonal cheer and help create memories we hope will last a lifetime.

The kitchen is led by Head Chef Stephen McLaughlin and his team is renowned for creating menus that combine the very best in French and Scottish cooking. This exceptional restaurant is a sumptuous setting for a meal that will live long in the memory! Please note the restaurant is closed on 25th and 26th December.
