Application

One of our very special and effective solidlubricants is GRL Kiln Tire Lubricant, olidlubricant bar for use on the tire retainers,riding rings, and support pads of rotatinghorizontal kilns and dryers.

Support pad wear leads to high tire clearanceand creep, high shell distortion and ultimatelyto refractory failures. Use of GRL Kiln TireLubricant will minimize support pad and tirebore wear, stabilize creep and reduce pressureon stop blocks, minimizing the risk of supportpad and refractory failure.
