INTRODUCTION

The Price West Property is located approximately 20 kilometers southwest of Timmins, Ontario (Figure 1) and comprises 16 claim units covering an area of 2.56 km2 (256 ha).

Preliminary Geology Map No. P941 shows iron formations striking northwest through the property toward Hydro Bay and Wawaitin Falls on the north end of Kenogamissi Lake .. Af (1ft F't,'Historical airborne geophysical maps indicate northwest striking magnetic patt~ nmning diagonally across the property. These are generally similar to those following the Destor Porcupine Fault Zone (DPFZ) easterly through Thomeloe Township across the north end of Kenogamissi Lake to the Mattagami River Fault. The northwest-southeast striking patterns suggested the possibility of a splay fault eminating from the DPFZ in the Wawaitin Falls area at the north end of the lake through the 16 unit property.

A recent Discover Abitibi Geochronology Map indicates the rocks on the property to be of Tisdale age. This suggested to the property holders that the property may contain one of the largest exposures of Tisdale age iron formations in the Timmins area.

While researching the Ministry ofNorthem Development and Mines (MNDM) Assessment Files in the Timmins Office, it was found that a drill hole put down by Goldale Mines Ltd. in 1946 intersected 0.08 oz.Au/ton and several other narrow intercepts in the 0.01 to 0.03 oz.AuIton in iron formation on the property. Surface showings containing Chalcopyrite and Arsenopyrite were also referred to in the Goldale reports.

The combined observations of a possible DPFZ splay, possible Tisdale-aged iron formations and documented Cu and Au mineralization prompted the property holders to stake the ground as a potentially unique iron fonnation gold and copper prospect.

Previous Work

As of 1938, Verity Porcupine Gold Mines, Limited held 3 claims near the western edge of this claim block. No work was reported.

In June 1937, Mullen-Turmel-Bernier held a group of9 claims that coincides mostly with this property. Work done in 1937 had disclosed mineralized quartz veins and zones within sediments. Low gold values were reported to have been obtained.

In 1945, Goldale Mines Limited carried out a ground vertical magnetic survey over a large portion of this property. The results from this survey traced the extent ofan iron formation that was located on the ground through prospecting. In 1946, Goldale completed three diamond drill holes totaling 2111 feet They reported intersecting iron formation within the sediments that returned anomalous gold values of up to 0.08 o2'1ton.

Acme Gas and Oil Company flew a large scale airborne magnetometer and EM survey in 1966, part of which encompassed the current work area. No ground work was carried out by Goldale in this area

The Geological Survey of Canada carried out a reconnaissance airborne spectrometer survey in the Timmins area in 1979. The line spacing was 5 kID. As a result, flight lines were flown on either side of this property.

In 1983, the ground was again covered by a similar airborne EM and magnetometer survey. This work was carried out by Samim Canada Ltd. Apparently, no ground work was done on any of the conductors intercepted.

In 1988. the Ontario Geological Survey released the results from an airborne electromagnetic and magnetic survey covering this property. Three conductors are shown to be correlating with a magnetic feature that has been indicated to be an iron formation. A fourth conductor is located on the southern flank of the aforementioned iron formation.

In 1997, Blue Emerald Resources Inc. carried out both a ground VLF-EM and magnetic survey over a large portion of this property. No further work was done on the property and their claims were allowed to lapse.

A Vertical Gravity Gradient ground survey was carried out by Abitibi Geophysics Inc. during the winter of 2001, for a consortium. including Placer Dome, Explorers Alliance Corp. and the Ontario Geological Survey. The results from this survey reveal an anomaly a short distance to the north of the iron formation, but still within the boundaries of our claim block. The source for this gravity response has yet to be determined.

PROPERTY ACCESS and TENURE

The property is located in west central Price Township between the Grassy River and the east boundary ofThomeloe Township. A good gravel road continuing southward from the west end of Dalton Road in Timmins leads to Wawaitin Falls and Hydro Bay on Kenogamissi Lake. A few kilometers northeast of the hydro dam and power generating facility a sideroad referred to locally as the "Musgrove Road" branches southeastward from the main road through the claims.

The four mining claims (3000743,3019154,3019155 and 3019156) totalling 16 fortyacre units (Claim Map M-0307) are recorded in the names of J.E.Croxall (50010) and R.J.DeCarle (5001o).{s.e F;j ... ,e .z..)

GENERAL GEOLOGY

The Price West property, shown on the Geological Compilation of the Timmins Area, Abitibi Greenstone Belt, Map No. P.3379, is indicated to be underlain by intermediate to felsic metavolcanics and related sediments as well as felsic to ultramafic intrusives.

Locally, previous work programs have shown the main area of interest to be a band of sediments that extend through the central portion of the property in a northwesterly direction. They are described as well banded and consist largely of chert beds with some banded iron formation and fragmental volcanics. This unit is intersected by narrow, medium grained porphyry dikes. Previous drilling within the sediments reported intersecting narrow quartz veins as well as much sulphide mineralization The iron formation consists partially of massive pyrrhotite-(pyrite) bands and lenses.

The remainder of the property is shown on the Ontario Division of Mines, PreJiminary Map P.341, Timmins Area to be comprised mainly of mafic metavolcanics that are cut by north-south diabase dikes.

PROSPECTING WORK PROGRAM

Work by the property holders in 2006 included minor geochemical soil sampling and assaying, a VLF-EM 16 traverse and combined geological prospecting and outcrop mapping. It is a continuation of earlier work on the property as reported in April and May 2006.

XL9W AREA:

a) VLF-EM Survey - A 600 foot long compass and hip chain traverse was flagged over the indicated strike of two conductors detected in historically flown AEM surveys. A former GEOTEM conductor and a former Aerodat conductor (Samim) are plotted on Figure 6 and are represented as the conductor "EM-l "on Figure 3. VLF readings were taken at 50 foot intervals along the line and are plotted on the profile in Figure 5. A VLF conductor was detected at the 100 foot NNE station on the traverse line.

b )Geochemica1 Soil Sampling - 8 soil samples were taken with a Dutch auger at 50 foot intervals from stations 50 feet SSW to 300 feet NNE along XL9W to cover the area of the VLF conductor. The samples were taken over a depth of 15 cm below the humus layer and consisted of light brown to light grey brown silts. Vegetation was mainly spruce with some birch except for extensive alder growth near the creek at the SSW end of the traverse line. Three samples were sent to Actlabs for Enzyme Leach analysis. These were samples taken at the 100, 200 and 300 foot NNE stations. The remaining samples were held for possible later analysis depending on the outcome of the three samples sent. The Actlab report is appended to this report. Other than somewhat elevated rare earth metals at the 100 foot NNE station, no significant base or precious metals were detected.

c) Prospecting/Outcrop Mapping- A considerable amount of time was spent traversing back and forth between XL4W and XL9W between UTM 5350800N and 5351200N in search of a "shaft" which is indicated in that area on an old ODM geological compilation Map #47d by H.E. Saueracker in 1956. This area is marked up on the recent claim map in Figure 2 and largely lies immediately east of the new north-south Tembec forestry road. No excavations of any kind were located. A few tiny dioritic outcrops and a long NW trending iron formation ridge were found and are shown on the claim map. The outcrops close to the EM-l AEM conductors are shown also on Figure 6.

OUTCROP PROSPECTINGIMAPPING EAST of "MUSGROVE ROAD" ( See Fig. 7)

Apart from small specks of malachite in a dacitic tuff outcrop in the vicinity of UTM 5350700N about 40 meters east of the Musgrove Road and a 2 inch wide pyrite seam in a narrow shear in siliceous iron formation along a scarp face (467870E/5350840N) no other notable mineralization was encountered. A sample of the pyrite seam assayed NIL in gold. Two previously mapped iron formation units to the west of the road were traced along strike for a distance of about 200 meters east of the Musgrove Road.

Page 7: PROSP RPT PRICE TWP - Ontario

XL6Wand XL 7W AREA

These two compasslhip chain/flagging traverse lines were previously established and soil-sampled as an initial investigation of historic AEM conductor "EM-4".

Samples at 2S0'N, 300'N and SOO'N on XL7W were previously sent to SGS for MMI geochemical analysis and contained 60, S3 and 86 ppb Cu and 272, 243 and SOl ppb Zn respectively.

Additional samples were taken at SO'N, lS0'N and 550' and were submitted to Actlabs for Enzyme Leach analyses. No significant precious or base metals were detected.

Two additional samples were taken at 50'N and 200'N on XL6W and were also sent for testing by Enzyme Leach. No significant precious or base metals were detected.

The Actlabs assay results and invoice are attached to this report.

CONCLUSIONS

No significant economic mineral concentrations were located during outcrop mapping and no significant indications of buried economic minerals were found from the soil sampling and selective leach analyses completed.
