Our Remote Message Function is a Goodway designed 2 way message & alarm system with arti�cial intelligence HMI. With the use of a GSM modem, messages & alarms can be sent to any designated phone number to advise the recipient of the situation.
Goodway designed 3D animated simulation provides an e�ective tool for program prove out, interference and collision problems.
With Load Monitoring active a machining cycle can be monitored for its cutting load conditions and the software set to produce alarms for tool wear and tool brakeage.

Goodway tri-core units, of main spindles, turrets
and tailstocks quality is accomplished by the
accurate gauges and inspection equipment used
in their manufacture and assembly together with
our skilled labor thus ensuring endurance, stability
and quality in the product.
Top grade casting components are aged for up to 3 months
to ensure maximum structural stability.

The curvic couplings used on Goodway
lathes provide a large contact area and
are designed with an auto–clean feature
not seen on traditional couplings.
The running in of our spindle’s is made
automatically, monitoring the speed,
time and temperature, thus ensuring
the running quality once �tted to the

finished on our Okamoto face
burnisher.
Spindles are balanced in-house
together with pulleys to ensure
ultra-smooth performance.
Goodway prides itself in its detail and manufacturing quality for all of its products, form individual assemblies

equipment in the manufacturing process and the skill of its workforce.

spindle bearing assembly the use of NSK
GN gauges promote accuracy in the
assembly.

Components such as NSK super high precision spindle bearings, linear ways, Suda gears and curvic couplings, Fanuc control
and motors, Kitagawa cylinders and chucks, and more are directly form Japan to ensure durability, performance, and
accuracy of the machine tool we manufacture.

Goodway Central Taiwan Science Park Branch, is the headquarters of Goodway’s global manufacturing and sales.
Occupying more than 26,000 square meter and takes 17.6 million USD our output has been increased to 250 machines each
month. With the advantage of modern equipment, outstanding employees and strict factory ISO 9001 and ISO 14000
regulations a reduction in spare time has been achieved enabling more time for production and promoting a real increase
income and quality.

Each lathe is assembled by skilled labor with conforming and precise regulating by standard operation process.We train

Before leaving the assembly line, all machines must pass critical testing including laser inspection, ball bar inspection,
actual cutting tests and more. Furthermore, all machines undergo preprogrammed test runs of 48 hours or more before
shipment.

With 30 Years of experience in the manufacture of lathes Goodway are pleased to introduce our GMS-2600ST Multi-tasking
Turning Center which combined Machining Centre High Speed Spindle and ATC system. The 5-axis coordinated motion helps
this machine do many difficult jobs such as tapping, milling, drilling, incline machining, contour machining etc…. One Hit
Manufacturing can be achieved.

of machine body and bar-capacity most cutting requirements can be met. The GA-2000C series can be interfaced with
gantry loading system to achieve maximum productivity. The GA-3000 series, has spindle gear box which increase
