Personally, I am seen to be a self-motivated and dedicated individual, always
looking to improve myself, individually and professionally.
Throughout my university, I have worked on various types of projects working both
individually and with teams as collaborated projects, whereby I have been identified as
a team player by my supervisors, producing drawings and documentations efficiently
that meet deadlines.
During my work career, especially working with Broadway Malyan and AECOM, I
have been able to hone my organizational and time keeping skills, producing relevant
information quickly and prioritizing assignments. Working with international practices
has also allowed me to improve my English, both in writing and speaking.
In addition to this, I became a member of the Student Club under the Union of
Architects of Azerbaijan (UAA) in April 2013, whereby I have been involved in
organization of architectural master classes, competitions, exhibitions, and
architectural events and also participating.

Broadway Malyan
Responsibilities include:
• Design, draft and update the General Arrangements to incorporate client needs and
requests, adapting designs of other designers to the design of Broadway Malyan.
• Coordinate and converse with the lead designers, MEP and other consultants to
provide effective solutions for the building, adapting third party designs to the concept
design of BM.
• Generate working drawings for all elements of finishes including the Floor and Wall
Finishes, Reflective Ceiling Plans and other key aspects of design.
• Producing details and schedules of different elements of the building, including
doors and finishes.
• Produce, assemble and deliver working drawing packages for information to concept
design, (up to RIBA stage 4); including the Fixture, Fittings and Equipment Packages.
This involved initiating the drawing to compiling the design drawings on sheets and
into packages.
• Taking part in Office Design workshops.
• Attending meetings with the Senior Design team and suppliers and external design
teams.
• Assisting in Design and Technical drawings
• Providing help with interpretations and local architecture regulations and codes (dual
language skills)
BONA DEA International Hospital, Baku, Azerbaijan.
8000m2 of a prestige’s and modern a branded hospital in Baku, Azerbaijan. The
design is intended to provide a 5 stars VIP hospital with luxurious facilities. Dealing
with the developer and Lead doctors as part of the collaboration of the end user.
Interior design for the Main Reception area with Winter Garden and Restaurant in the
ground floor, VIP entrance area with lounge bar, VIP rooms, Presidential Suit and
Conference Hall.

Palitra Lady’s Club, Baku, Azerbaijan.
4200m2 providing the interior design of 3 story independent building consists of the
Arrival, Main Entrance, Lobby, Lounge, Panoramic lift, Sauna, Jacuzzi and Steam
room, Swimming Pool zone of 1200m2, which includes the Swimming pool,
showers, washrooms, toilets and changing rooms with lockers. On the upper floors,
aerobic GYM , massage room, dance studio and lady’s saloon are offered.
The second section of the building, a crèche is offered to house 160 children. The
scheme is contemporary with local flavour.

Junior Architectural Designer/Internship July 2013 – April 2014
AECOM Russia CIS Ltd.
Initially, started to work with AECOM as an intern for four weeks. Within this time,
I worked closely with the Design Mangers to:
• Design and create drawings for the project, including sanitary, landscaping and
parking layouts
• Provide alternative interior design options for the client to approve for the
consultants to progress further.
After the four weeks, a part time position became available within the team, whereby
my roles include:
• Producing and maintaining drawings to be issued to consultants and contractors for
information.
• Assisting the architectural department with reports, transmittals and correspondence
to contractors.
• Issuing drawings to contractors and consultants which were drawn by the design
team, preparing and monitoring the relevant drawing registers.
Crescent Development Project, Baku
The Crescent Development Project is a prestigious 450,000-square-meter mixed-
used development in the heart of Baku, Azerbaijan.
Designed to be a world-class landmark, the development includes a retail podium,
residential and commercial towers and a 33-storey, seven-star hotel on an island in
the Caspian Sea.

Job Role:

supervision to be issued to the client and to expertise.

doors and finishes.
Ministry of Internal Works of Azerbaijan Republic
Security Administration Office Building, Khatai District
This new build project was a 535m2 office building to accommodate the increase in
staff under the Ministry of Internal Works of Azerbaijan. This building included office
spaces, a conference hall and secure ammunition storage, and was built under local
building regulations, SNIPS and GoSTs.

Over the past 4 years, over the course of my university degree, I have studied a
multitude of modules which include (but not limited to); Architectural Construction,
Preservation and Restoration of the Historic Environment, Landscape Architecture,
Urban Planning and Environmental Design.Also involved within the degree was to
work on several projects, whereby I would work independently or in a group to
produce a new building, a restoration of an existing building or landscaping and
master planning concepts. Throughout university, I have attained top marks in all
projects and exams across the whole course.
