TOGETHER EVERYONE LEARN MORE - TELM (MORNING ASSEMBLY)

In EuroSchool, morning assembly is one of the most important aspects of the school curriculum. It is a medium for communicating

matters of significance and also serves as one of the main ways by which the school creates its positive reflective ethos and

promotes value-based education.

Morning Assembly at EuroSchool plays a very important role. Here is where we celebrate our achievements. The kids love the

morning assembly. So do the teachers and the parents. The Morning Assembly is conducted under four separate categories- Class

Assembly, Thematic Assembly, Subject Assembly and Special Assembly.

CLASS ASSEMBLY

Class Assembly is presented everyday by the students

based on different themes/facts. The themes are planned

in a way that it encourages the pupils to reflect upon a

set of universal values, such as love, peace, truth, co-

operation and respect. These values act as the

foundation not only for the religious education (RE) but

also for the development of personal, social and health

education. Different facts are also chosen as a theme for

the class assemblies.

India is a diverse country and we, at EuroSchool believe in “Unity in

Diversity” in its true sense. We celebrate every festival of all religions. As

part of these celebrations, Special Assemblies are conducted to instil the

feeling of oneness, appreciation and being more tolerant of each other, for

a peaceful and harmonious living.

EuroSchool are planned to showcase the rich heritage of the individual

states, their varied culture and tradition. A lot of information is shared by

the subject teachers with the students

LEARNING IS FUN (CLUBS)

Co-Scholastic activities form an integral part of EuroSchool's curriculum. Our various clubs are the very pride of our school. Under

the guidance of able and enthusiastic teachers, our clubs serve as a platform for students to prove themselves in various fields other

than academics. There are totally 12 clubs which are grouped into two major categories – Scholastic and Co-Scholastic clubs.

SCHOLASTIC CLUBS

Brains in Steel: This club provides an avenue for students to exercise their

creativity to create interesting models and projects. Students of this club

will be well equipped with high levels of competency in understanding the

working of robots.

Celestial Domain: In a nutshell, what every child gets from this club is

scientific temperament and good reasoning ability. The understanding of

the entire Solar system or the synchronisation of Earth, Sun and Moon is

primarily through activities and individual explanations which paves way

to develop their creativity.

Phoenix Performers: The club strives to encourage the creative expression

of the child. Expressions are feelings –the inner feelings of a person. It also

encourages the child to foster imagination and fascination for the

language.

Number Ninjas: This club ensures a smooth journey for the learners into the

world of numbers. Mathematics is a wonderful subject on earth where

creativity is in abundance. For instance, calculation becomes simple with

the method of abacus.

Techtronics: Computers help in transforming imagination to reality. This

club helps the children to work creatively using latest technologies which

in turn helps to create a technology savvy environment.

Bharath Ek Khoj: Heritage club mainly inculcates the patriotism among

the students. The child will understand about Indian culture, the way of

living and finally about unity in diversity. It inculcates in children a

feeling of pride and love for the rich and cultural legacy left behind by our

ancestors.

CO-SCHOLASTIC CLUBS

Health and wellness: ‘Health is wealth’ says everyone. This club

helps the child to build up a healthy body with a sound mind. It also

helps the child to understand about balanced diet, cleanliness and also

uses of different nutrients.

The Curious Scouts: This club helps the child to develop quizzing

skills. To become an ace quizzer, the children should grow up with an

attitude of training their memory which is also the foundation of success

in life.

Eco Knights: Nature club aims at inculcating an appreciation of

nature among students and develop awareness and sensitivity to the

environment.
