Building on the success of last year’s conference on urban renewal strategy, RICS Hong Kong is organising an annual event which provides experts’ insights to the global implications and draws experience from professionals and players of property sectors. The main theme chosen for this year is “Public Private Partnership (PPP) in Waterfront Development”, which focuses on the key issues and provides examples of successful public-private waterfront developments from an international perspective. The conference will look at the different ways that waterfronts have been developed, the types of uses and the partnership structures used so that both the public policy objectives and feasible development returns are achieved. Leveraging on our global network, we have invited prominent experts in waterfront development to share their experience and knowledge with us, both from the government perspective and the private developer’s viewpoint.

Register now and don’t miss this great opportunity.
