How does it work?

Step 1 Homeowners use our easy online qualifying process to help us learn about their remodeling ideas, space planning needs and financial investment range.

Step 2 Qualified homeowners work with my Design/Build Project’s design team in collaboration with a select member of our Design/Build Alliance of builders.

Step 3 The homeowners’ ideas come to life! Designers, builders and craftsmen work as a team to add value and quality and to minimize the stress when remodeling or building a custom home.  

Design/BuildProjects

Providing our homeowner’s and builder’s with a computer model of the existing conditions allows all members of the Design & Build team to view how the new design will interact with the existing conditions or how a custom home will blend into the an existing neighboorhood. The design team goal is to design to the homeowner needs and goal that will blend with the existing architecture of the home and the neighborhood. Developing the homeowner’s plans with our builders manages the two unknows, what the project will look like and how will it affect the financial investment range.

Which ever type of project you may have most offten there will be a request for a particular detail to be incorporated into the finish project. Our design philosophy is to provide homeowners the ability to be part of the design team and have their dreams and ideas come to life. We help guide our clients through the entire design and build processs to ensure they get the results they were looking for.

Our projects are typical whole house remodels and custom home construction that include multimedia rooms. Our mission is to work as a team and provide outstanding design with quality craftsmanship. When managing your project with my Design/Build Project's online communication system, you share your information and files with friends and family in what we call your own personal eFolder. Your eFolder is password protected, keeping all of your information confidential. Here you can review messages and files uploaded to you from your design/build team, as well as upload files and send messages to your family.

eFolders provide an easy-to-use communication tool utilizing my Design/Build Project's premier information sharing platform, with no software to download or install.
