Product Code License Restrictions

DSN This product is restricted to use with the following products: (i) webMethods RosettaNet Module; (ii) webMethods

Chem eStandards Module.

INMAS Each CentraSite ActiveSOA processor core licensed includes 10 Named Users (INMAU) that can be used to maintain

& publish web services or other assets in the registry/repository, creates and/or manages users and groups or creates,

assigns and/or manages policies. Unlimited Anonymous Users are automatically included: #Anonymous Users# are

users that are only able to browse the registry, search within the registry, and view details or assets within the registry

without logging in.

INSEE The delivered product key might be less restrictive than the terms in this Agreement, the Customer#s right to use this

Software is ruled exclusively by the terms of this Agreement. If High Availability (Clustering) or External Backup

functionality is required please check the latest supported versions available via Empower.

ISB wM Insight Agents is licensed on an instance basis. wM Insight Agents is licensed in respect of the number of

Managed Components as set out in this Agreement. For these purposes a 'Managed Component' refers to the running

of an application platform, stand-alone application or tool that is instrumented by wM Insight. For technical reasons

the delivered product key for this Software might be less restrictive than the terms in this Agreement. In case of a

conflict between the product key and the terms of this Agreement, the Customer#s right to use the Software is ruled

exclusively by the terms of this Agreement.

ISBAS wM Insight Agents is licensed on an instance basis. The software licensed in respect of the licensed number of

Managed Components, as described below. For these purposes a 'Managed Component' refers to the running of an

application platform, stand-alone application or tool that is instrumented by wM Insight. Please note that for technical

reasons the delivered license key for this product might be less restrictive than the terms in this Agreement. In case of

a conflict between the license key and the terms of this Agreement, the Customer#s right to use the product is ruled

exclusively by the terms of this Agreement. Specifically, the following functionality is excluded in Insight Agents Basic

(ISBAS): ""Dimensional Analytics"" Aggregate Visibility Across Service Chain and ""Service Metrics with Business

Context"".

IST For technical reasons the delivered product key for this product might be less restrictive than the terms in this

Agreement. In caseof a conflict between the product key and the terms of this Agreement the Customer#s right to use

the product is ruled exclusively by the terms of this Agreement.

KPI Optimize KPI Instances cannot be used simultaneously by more than one Optimize module.

NUMWI The following capabilities are not permitted for use with this Software: (i) Web Clients - Web browser-based client; and

(ii) Mobile Clients - Mobile-based clients (iOS, Android); and (iii) Datagroups - Messaging focused on allowing

management and alteration of client subscriptions; and (iv) Policy Server - Access to policy files required by Silverlight

and Flex; and (v) Proxy Forwarding - Efficiently send data via proxies; and (vi) HTTP Support - Connect over HTTP

interfaces; and (vii) Shared Memory - Low latency interface communication on the same machine; and (viii) Multicast -

Reliable multicast over UDP for efficient routing of messages.

ODEMA Each OneData Multi-Domain MDM Server Bundle consists of the following components; 1 x OneData Server (ODE), 1

x OneData Matching Engine (ODM), 50 x OneData Objects (ODEOB), 10 x OneData Read-Write User (ODEUL), 10 x

OneData Read-Only User (ODEVL). The right to use webMethods OneData entitles the Customer to a single instance

of a webMethods OneData Server and one or more instances of the OneData MDM Software (application logic)

executed inside Software AG Common Runtime being the container hosting the OneData Application. Each OneData

Server may be accessed by one or more instances of the OneData Software, either within the same container or

within multiple containers.

OPVPS The bundle contains the following components; a) Integration Server for Partner Server (PIEPS), b) Trading Networks

for Partner Server (OTNPS), c) EDIINT Module (EEO), d) ADDITIONAL ADAPTERe) ADDITIONAL ADAPTER. . The

components in the bundle are limited for communication between a Trading Networks hub and partner server, that is

a supplier and its partners. The scope of trading partner relationship must be defined in the Agreement and shall be

limited to a single business process or partner.

OTNPS The Partner Server, and all of its components, is limited to only connecting back to the Customer organization i.e. for

communication between a trading networks hub and a partner server.

PAMCC Apama Client Runtime Users for Capital Markets (PAMCC) may only be used in conjunction with Apama Platform for

Capital Markets - Platform Edition (PAPPB) and a defined Use Case.

PAPPB Apama Platform for Capital Markets - Platform Edition (PAPPB) contains the following components; a) Apama Capital

Markets Foundation(PAF), b) Apama Server (PAMCO), c) Apama Base Fix Adapter and d) 5 Apama Developers for

Capital Markets (PAMDM). The developer software also includes run-time usage. The Apama Server may be installed

on a single machine of any capacity but is limited in use to the Use Case permitted under this Agreement. A specific

Use Case must be defined in this Agreement.

PICAT Restricted for use only with the Active Transfer Gateway only.

PIDAA The Integration Platform Bundle contains the following components; a) Integration Server (PIE), b) My WebMethods

Server (MWS), c) Unlimited Software AG Designers (SDFUL) and d) BigMemory Max EX Edition for webmethods

(TABWM). The BigMemory Max EX Edition for webMethods may only be used for clustering and not for distributed

caching, hybrid data storage is permitted but the use of off-heapmemory data storage is not permitted.

The Customer#s use of the Apama Adapters which link to third party systems and/or data feeds ('adapters') may be

subject to the Customer being appropriately licensed for the third party systems and/or data feeds connected by such

adapters and separate agreements with such third parties may be required. Use of the adapters may be limited in

accordance with a Use Case definition setout in the Agreement.

SDWNU Software AG Designer Workstation consists of a local copy of Integration Server for Workstation (PIEWS) licensed on

a named user basis. It also includes the development plug-in Local Service Development (WEL). The software may be

installed on a machine of any size or capacity but is strictly for single named user development purposes only.

Software AG Designer Workstation includes the ability to install and use any existing Software AG software licensed

on a non-production basis by the Customer that can be installed and used with the webMethods Integration Server

WOIMF The Optimize for Infrastructure Module (Mainframe) Bundle consists of the following components; Optimize for

Infrastructure (WMI), Natural Communicator (EXXNC), Optimize for Mainframe Infrastructure (EOI) and EntireX Link

(EXXLI) these components are limited to running Optimize functionality only. Natural Communicator may be used only

on a single processor on one machine, any additional capacity must be licensed separately. The Bundle must be used

inconjunction with the Optimize Base Engine Bundle (OBEMO).

YBU ARIS Viewer is required to view any published ARIS content.

YCS ARIS Connect Server (YCS) is a multi#tenant server and the Customer is licensed in respect of the number of tenants

indicated running on a single ARIS Connect Server installation. For these purposes a 'tenant' is a specific partition

within the ARIS server that contains one unique client organisation and/or multiple departmental organisations within

one client. Content produced using ARIS Connect Server may only be published to content consumers who are

themselves appropriately licensed to have access to ARIS and cannot be exported and subsequently published via

any other 3rd party collaboration tool (e.g. Microsoft Sharepoint or similar).

YCZEE Mashzone Server Bundle (YCZEE) includes the following components; ARIS Mashzone Server (YCZ), 40 Mashzone

Users (YCZUS) and 100 Mashzone Viewers (YCZVR). Additional Users and Viewers are available separately and may

be added to the Bundle.
