of products, let alone provide innovative, flexible

solutions. And with so many stakeholders involved in

the construction process it is difficult to keep

everyone happy. Ensuring the client is satisfied with

impossible. With the launch of Elite Systems Euroclad

now offers the products, components and know-how

to ease the specification, design and construction of

metal buildings for everyone involved.

Elite Systems are the new range of integrated

constructions from Euroclad offering a superior,

specifiable alternative to the limited performance

of foam-cored composite panels. All Elite Systems

feature fully tested and accredited performance,

benefiting contractors with quick and easy installation

and offering designers infinite flexibility and peace

of mind.

Euroclad Elite Systems uniquely offer a

comprehensive range of constructions covering

almost every category of metal roofing and cladding

and all building types.

Roofing systems include:

– Two trapezoidal roofing profiles in steel or aluminium

– An advanced secret fix system in pre-finished steel

that is quick and easy to install

– Standing seam systems in four finishes over

liner or structural decks, including acoustic

specifications, curves and tapers.

Cladding systems include:

– Trapezoidal, sinusoidal, plank, cassette panels and

ACM rainscreening on liner panelling, liner trays or

any general building background.

CREDENTIALS

All Euroclad products are manufactured under

a Quality Management System accredited to

ISO 9001:2000 and an Environmental Management

System accredited to ISO 14001. Elite Systems are

completely non-combustible and fully recyclable, with

the option of an Insurance-backed warranty of twenty

years. FM and LPC approval is being sought for all

systems, as is BBA certification for those

constructions not already covered.

A select group of regional and national specialist

contractors are being trained in the selection, pricing

and installation of Elite Systems. The performance

of all parties will be monitored to ensure first class

standards are maintained throughout the

High performanceroofing solutionsfor slopes over 5°

Euroclad Elite System 1 provides a high

quality, cost effective solution. This, coupled

with ease of installation means that Elite

System 1 lends itself to almost any roof

application.

Elite System 1 can be used in designs with

a roof pitch greater than 5°. It uses Corus

Colorcoat HPS200®, Corus Colorcoat Prisma®,

Dobel coated steel, or aluminium in a Stucco

embossed or smooth PVDF or ARS coated

finish. The 32/1000 forward profile is fixed over

the Eurobar spacer system, on 19/1000 liner.

The Corus Colorcoat HPS200® and Corus

Colorcoat Prisma® pre-finished steels are

available with the Corus Confidex Guarantee,

which is maintenance free for up to 30 years.

Thermal insulation standards are available to

meet the current Part L2 requirements, plus

systems meeting 0.2W/m2k.

Elite System 1 is suitable for exterior use

on a refurbishment or new development.

Curved profiles have provided design

freedom and practical advantages in

providing an efficient system of ridge to

eave closure saving on fixings, fillers and

flashings.

The system complies fully with all aspects

of building and environmental regulations

and can be upgraded to provide up to

4 hours fire resistance. The recent Steel

Construction Institute report* states:

“No barriers were identified to recycling

profiled steel roofing and cladding

products...”.

Detailing is simple but robust and future

modifications are easily accommodated.
