Euroclad offers Elite Systems, a package of components that combine to form structural roof and wall systems with adaptable, accredited performance and a system guarantee of up to 25 years.

External products include half round, plank, sinusoidal and trapezoidal profiles, as well as aluminium and zinc-style standing seam roofing in Vieo and Euroseam variants. As well as a range of flashings, cladding panels for rainscreens in high-end finishes are available.

Euroclad Architectural is an expert manufacturing division of Euroclad, specialising in the bespoke cutting and bending of metals to create architectural details and ancillary components to complement and complete metal roof and wall systems. A skilled team of fabricators are employed to manufacture a range of flashings, shingles and rainwater goods, including Raintite® membrane-lined composite gutters. Euroclad Architectural is lately able to offer RainArt, a comprehensive range of attractive half-round galvanised steel gutter systems.

Flashings have been produced at Euroclad for over thirty years and the popularity of the product has endured and grown because of the consistently high levels of service, quality and turnaround.

The Shingle cassette option is available in various sizes and quadrilateral shapes, providing a distinctive façadesolution.

Shingles are available in a range of materials, including Colorcoat Prisma®, Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra®, galvanisedsteel, plain mill aluminium and coated aluminium. Other materials can be used to manufacture Shingles. For moreinformation please contact the Flashings office.

The Shingle is designed with a series of return folds on all four sides and can be fixed directly to a backingboard or by using stainless steel clips and stainless-steel screws. Subsequent shingles interlock with the previousones, creating an attractive cladding system with concealed fixings.

PVC membrane technology is used to create a bonded steel sheet, with a unique slip resistant surface and standard, bright-white liner.

The gutters can be insulated with stone wool or PIR insulation, or can be uninsulated.

RainArt offers a wide range of coated steel, half-round rainwater systems that are attractive and long-lasting, with a useful life of around 50 years and a corrosion warranty of 30 years.

Roof drainage systems manage the flow of water from the roof to drainage, working in concert with the roof structure to eliminate the risk of water ingress or pooling.
