The objective of this work package is to ensure the overall management of the activities andan effective co-operation between partners.

It includes coordination of the technical activities of the project, together with the legal,

contractual, ethical, financial and administrative management of the project, management of

the projects decision-making processes, preparation of the planned meetings, support for

communication among the partners, coordination of reporting and administrative activities,

management of the distribution of information inside and outside consortium, production ofreports on efforts, results and resource consumption, management of the relationship with

the Commission and representation of the project ENSEMBLE.

Deliverables

1. Kick off meeting. The kick-off meeting will take place in Florence within m2.

2. Progress report. First semestral report (m6). It includes financial statement.

3. Progress report. Second semestral report (m12). It includes financial statement.

4. Progress report. Third semestral report (m18). It includes financial statement.5. Final report. Final report (m24). It includes final financial statement.

This WP describes in detail the quality assurance methodology and guiding principlestogether with processes supporting their realization in all phases of the project ENSEMBLE.

WP2 includes an external monitoring process, involving external experts who check and

validate the main project deliverables and the strategic decisions made during the project life

cycle; on their recommendation the necessary changes in process and product will be

applied.

Deliverables

1. Quality Assurance Plan (QAP). The QAP includes guidelines on procedures to be carried

out for the correct development of the project activities. It also describes the quality

guidelines to be applied in all project deliverables.

2. Report about integration and standard. This reports on the integration features adopted

and the compliance with specification standards

The aims is to set up the technological systems required to deliver learning content. Theproject plans to use different channels of delivery (SMS/MMS) in order to provide greater

access opportunities to educational content; to this end, PRATO is to analyze and identify

the solutions to be implemented and stipulate the requirements in terms of hardware and

software.

Deliverables

1. Report of technical requirements2. SMS/MMS/DATA system. System for management and forwarding of SMS/MMS/DATA.

3. LMS (e-learning platform). Identification and adaption of e-learning platform and social

networking system . Integration at back office level of these environments with those of

SMS/MMS/DATA/podcast management.

The aims of this WP is to set up the technological systems required to deliver learningcontent and support it in a French local area []

CG78 is currently testing a proprietary distribution system for learning content via podcast

(Apple technology) and is looking for an open source technology (or something less

expensive). CG78 is to take care of the transfer methodologies for downloading and

technological instruments towards PRATO.

Deliverables

1. Podcast management system for uploading and forwarding podcasts

2. Project technical report on the technologies used and their requirements. This document

represents a key "tool" for this experience so that it can be replicated in other contexts

3. Technical meeting in Yvelines. Coordination of ICT professionals and technical staff.

WP5 aims to study, design and produce multimedia learning content to distribute via weband/or mobile systems to the users.

WP5 will support the multimedia content production process for each of the different

channels of delivery we identified (SMS/MMS/DATA/podcast/LO).

GLABS transforms educational content (provided by UNIFI as storyboards) into multimedia

products in two languages: Italian and French. The project will also enhance the educational

content already available between the partners, including those in the Internet under openlicense.

Deliverables

1. Instructional plan report. Report on requirement analysis, training needs and thematic

path for each of the two groups (students/adults)

2. Courses catalog. List of titles to be implemented in each different technology

(SMS/MMS/podcast/LO).

3. Courses content. Consolidation of Multimedia products. Product outputs are to be placedon Project Internet site as well as on DVDs so as to favors subsequent distribution of

contents and their use in other EU contexts.

The main objective is to promote the features of the ENSEMBLE Project at national andinternational level.

Deliverables

1. Project startup meeting and press conference. Two different local meetings (in Prato and

Yvelines) that aim to present the project at authority, press and opinion leader at local level.

2. Local staff meeting. Project Workshop aims to present the ENSEMBLE Project at the staff

3. Partner meeting on exploitation strategies. Consolidation and verification of work.

Development of new initiatives re exploitation and valorization strategies.

WP8 is led by UNIFI. Dissemination takes place on different channels, including the set-upand regular maintenance of targeted web services based on recent Web 2.0 technologies,

news channels, mailing lists, press releases to newspapers, magazines, electronic journals

and specialized press as well as translation of the press releases into English, French, and

Italian.

Deliverables

1. ENSEMBLE Project web site. The main project will be developed in an early project

phase

2. Project brochure

3. Project Final conference. Conference that aims to presents the ENSEMBLE results.

4. Project good practice booklet.

5. Project local workshop. These events will be organized at local level by PRATO and

CG78.
