Wendel Background● A Mexican Buddhist that now lives in loas. He used to live in Natia Galley which was known

as the village of stray dogs of the human world. Despite living in Natia Galley his family waspretty rich. Rumours of smuggling though were always taught to be the reasons not tomention his links with terrorists groups one of which was his best friend in Natia Galley. For reasons not explained Wendel moved to Laos and enrolled in a school called EnglishProject where you only had to school for electives. In his spare time he usually doeshacking. He also has a friend in English Project called Latte who is a ballerina bird.
