TCE 4550: Automatic lever-less centre clamp tyre changer 30”
The new TCE 4550 is a 30” automatic lever-less tyre changer which assures fast, effortless and simple tyre changing. Two laser pointers simplify the setting for the rim dimension and guarantee the perfect positioning of the lever-less tool for demounting and two dedicated tools for the mounting which are easily and intuitively operated by the control panel. All movements are driven by motor inverters to guarantee precision and power. The side lift and the helper arm support the operator during the mounting process. TCE 4550 can be equipped with external boost inflating system for a faster bead seating of the tyre on the rim (accessory).

TCE 449x:Centre clamp tyre changer 30”
The TCE 449x is a 30“ tyre changer for high-volume workshops and offers all features and user benefits with maximum comfort to perform perfect and effortless tyre changing. Equipped with a centre post clamping system for faster and easier locking, the system can handle large wheel sizes max. 15” and a wheel diameter up to 1,200 mm without using any kind of spacers thanks to the new helper device equipped with double horizontal arms.The G-Frame structure of the TCE 449x provides a stable and functional design increasing the rigidity of the tyre changer and the Ergo Control hand bead breaking system with the lift TSL 230 allows the user to always work in an ergonomic position whilst remaining safe. The integrated inverter solution offers proportional electronic control of the turntable speed. Additionally the TLL lever-less system offers the perfect bead extraction, which leads to a faster and easier demounting process. TCE 4495 is equipp ed with an external boost inflating system for a faster bead seating of the tyre on the rim.

TCE 447x:Pneumatic tilting back pole tyre changer 28”
Bosch TCE 447x tilting back tyre changers provide a range of innovative features designed for maximum speed, performance and durability – even for the toughest UHP or RFT passenger car and light commercial tyres. With the addition of a special accessory kit, these machines can also handle motorcycle tyres. Bosch TCE330, the new helper arm device, is especially designed for tyre specialists and high-volume workshops. Both tyre changers can also be equipped with the lift TSL 230 which allows the operator to always work in an ergonomic position. TCE 4475 is equipped with inflation system integrated in the jaws. Available equipped with tyre lever-less system – TLL 130.

TCE 443x-24:Pneumatic tilting back pole tyre changer 24”
The tilting back pole tyre changers TCE 443x-24 are equipped with a 24” (external clamping) turntable.They provide a pneumatic positioning of the mounting head and an adjustable bead breaker. The extreme rigidity of the structure and the use of the G-frame concept make them the market benchmark for robust and solid performance. TCE 330 helper system and TSL 230 lift makes the work even easier and reduces the effort of the operator. TCE 4435-24 is equipped with inflation system integrated in the jaws. Available equipped with a tyre lever-less system – TLL 130.

TCE 440x and TCE 440x-22 are pneumatic tilting back pole passenger car tyre changers. TCE 4400 is equipped with a 20” (external clamping) single-speed turntable whilst TCE 440x-22 is equipped with a 22” double-speed turntable; both are provided with pneumatic locking of the mounting head and pneumatic bead breaker. The TCE 330 helper system ensures a safe and easy mounting and demounting
operation of any kind of tyre, even the most difficult UHP or RFT. Both tyre changer platforms can be upgraded with the TSL 230 lift which allows the operator to always work in an ergonomic position. The lift is mounted on the right side of the machine next to the bead breaker, which allows for improved productivity. TCE 4405/4405-22 are equipped with inflation system integrated in the jaws.

WBE 444x/424x:Electronic wheel balancer with Sonar
The WBE 444x/424x are fast and robust wheel balancers designed for high wheel service volume workshops. The new models are able to conduct a measurement cycle in just six seconds and balance wheels with a diameter of 1,200mm and weighing up to 80 kg. The ergonomic design allows better access inside the wheel making operations easier. The quick selection programme (QSP), the EasyFix arm for precise weight positioning, the stopping position of the wheel and the automatic contactless width measurement make these balancers a bench mark for the market. Thanks to the new feature, the user doesn’t have to worry about measuring the width of the rim, the machine will do it automatically. WBE 4445/4245 is equipped with automatic locking system. The WBE 444x is equipped with a 19” TFT monitor while the WBE 424x with a double led digital display.

WBE 451x:Balancing with laser tyre diagnosis
The WBE 451x is the top machine in the latest generation - fast, precise, comfortable. In addition to regular measurement results, the WBE 45 series permits well-founded tyre diagnostics to help diagnose further sources of faults at tyres and rims. The wheel balancer offers an effortless lifting and positioning of the tyre through an integrated tyre lift. Both units are equipped with time-saving automatic tyre positioning and an electronic scanning arm for quick recording of the rim diameter and distance. Pneumatic wheel clamping with the version WBE 4515.

The WBE 4400/4300/4200 are wheel balancing machines in a new ergonomic design developed for balancing wheels for cars, motorcycles and vans. The units offer a new feature to detect the positioning of weights and various static and dynamic balancing options. The wheel balancing machines fit for wheels with a diameter up to 1,200 mm and are equipped with an easy-to-read 19” TFT monitor (WBE 4400) or dual LED display (WBE 4300/4200).
WBE 4120/4120 D/4120 DT:Compact and reliable wheel balancer
The WBE 4120/4120 D/4120 DT are electronic wheel balancers designed for low to medium volume work shops. Thanks to the new extreme versatility and compact size design, both electronic wheel balancers are suitable for working in the narrowest environments and with all types of car, motorcycle and light commercial vehicle wheels. Both machines are supplied with a TFT monitor (WBE 4120 DT), Easyfit internal electronic measuring arm and a complete software package including all static and dynamic balancing programmes. Thanks to the new wheel cover shape and the new weight holders, both units are the perfect equipment in the workshop environment. For WBE 4120 all the wheel data are entered manually.
