TCE 4400 / TCE 4400-22Well equipped for the standard tire market

TCE 4400/4405 and TCE 4400-22/4405-22 are pneumatic tilting back pole passenger car tire changers.

TCE 4400 is equipped with a 20" (external clamping) round turntable single speed while TCE 4400-22 is equipped with a 22" turntable double speed; both are provided with pneumatic locking of mounting head and pneumatic bead breaker.

Assembled with the TCE 330 helper system with ensures safe and easy mounting and demounting operation of any kind of tires, even the most difficult UHP or RFT.TCE 4400 and TCE 4400-22 is the right equipment to use without sacrificing performance and comfort; they are especially designed for medium volume workshops.

With the addition of a special accessory kit, these machines can also handle motorcycle tires. Bosch TCE330, the new helper arm device is especially de-signed for tire specialists and high volume workshops.

Innovative G-FrameAt the heart of the new tire changers is the unique Bosch G-Frame concept. This advanced design feature increases the rigidity of the machine to shorten the flow of internal forces and avoid tire and rim damage. It also improves the speed of the tire change, making

TCE 4470 and TCE 4475 are pneumatic tilting column tire changers for passenger cars, especially designed for tire specialists and high volume workshops. They are equipped with a 28” (external clamping) turn-

table, a pneumatic positioning of the mounting head and a 4-position adjustable bead breaker. Extreme rigidity of the structure and the use of the G-frame concept make them the market benchmark for robust and solid performance.

The optimized reduction of flex in the operating arm guarantees safe mounting and demounting operations for any kind of tires, even the most difficult UHP or RFT.TCE 330 helper system makes the work even easier and reduces the effort of the operator. TCE 4470 and TCE 4475 are especially designed for tire specialists and high volume workshops.

The Ergo Control is a hand bead breaker system that allows you to execute the operation of tire-beading always in an ergonomic working position, reducing the time with less effort while always being in a safe position. Especially designed for tire specialists and high volume workshops. Fast with effortless performance.

Ergonomic working position – the back is less stressed with respect to the traditional system, just stand in front of the wheel:u No need to bend down and check like

on traditional roller-bead breakers.u No “sit-down-step” like on conventional

bead-breaking machines.

Increase of safety – the use of the main bead breaker lever (patented) avoids shock to the operators arm making bead breaking a safe operation.

Reduction to the risk of wheel damage – the control by using the lever gives the operator a maximum of sensitivity.
