2.1 Back-End Admin Features

2.1.1 Admin Settings

- Below mentioned are the configurations which can be set by admin in back-end.

o Enable: If selected “Yes” extension will be enabled.

o Save to Database: If selected “Yes” log entry will be created.

o Enable Email: If selected “Yes” admin will be able to get email of feedback form.

o Recipient Name: Describes name of recipient

o Recipient Email: Describes email of recipient. For multiple recipients add

namesseparated by commas.

(e.g. [email protected],[email protected])

o Email Subject: Describes Subject of an email.

Quick Contact Form Setting

o Admin can set header and success message of form.

o Show on Right: If selected “Yes” form will be displayed on right side of page.

o Show on Left: If selected “Yes” form will be displayed on left side of page.

Recaptcha Settings

o Enable Recaptcha: If selected “Yes” recaptcha will be enabled and visible on frontend.

o Hide for Logged-in Customers: It will be hidden for logged in customers.

- Admin can add and remove fields of form dynamically from field manage section.

- Name Field Label: Describes label of field.

- Required: If selected “Yes” input will be mandatory by end users on front end.

- Position: Describes position of a field.

- Status: If enabled it will get displayed on front-end.

- Field Type: Admin can set field type from here e.g. checkbox, text, radio button etc.

Note: For fields like radio button, check box, Drop down value needs to be entered in Field Value

text area e.g. : (Yes , No , May be). Field Values should be comma separated only.

2.1.3 Feedback History Log

- Admin can view log history of customer feedback form.

- The log is generated dynamically as defined in the setting of the extension.

2.2 Front-End User Features

2.2.1 Quick Contact Form

- Quick Contact Form pop-up will appear when user clicks on Feedback button displayed on the

left side.

- The fields set by admin in backend will be displayed over here.

- End user can fill up form from website and email will be sent to the respective person.

- Form has multiple recaptcha option i.e. when user will on Reload button a new recaptcha will

appear.
