Healthe at Cerner lets you take an active role in managing and achieving your health and wellness goals; it is our mission to empower associates and their families to obtain their optimal level of health.

Healthe at Cerner sets new standards for consumer-driven health care. By accessing the tools and participating in programs Healthe at Cerner offers, you will create and enhance the connections you need to make the best health care choices for you and your family.

Health Club Reimbursement

Cerner Norge encourages healthy lifestyles and offers a health club reimbursement program for ath-letic club membership dues at approved facilities. Associates may be reimbursed for 50% of monthly fees up to an annual maximum of NOK 4,300.

Healthe at Cerner is designed to help you Live Well throughout the course of your life by offering programs and services that span across the entire continuum of health + care.

Health Care

Health Care Cerner Norge Associates have access to a supplemental private health insurance plan through our partner Vertikal Health Insurance. Vertikal Health offers a wide range of services who’s vision is to contribute to a better health-Norway by making experts available to everyone.

Cerner Norge pays 100% of the premiums for associates and coverage begins your first day of em-ployment. Additional cost applies for associates who choose to cover dependents.

Vision The vision plan provides for an annual reimbursement for computer eye-glasses and safety glasses (including eye-exams) up to 3,650 NOK.

Retirement

Retirement Benefits

Cerner Norge’s comprehensive pension scheme with Storebrand ensures the financial wellbeing of our associates and their families. Storebrand Defined Contribution Pension Scheme provides good funds, sustainable investments, and experience.

Salary between 0G and 7.1 G: 4% contribution provided by Cerner Norge Salary between 7.1G and 12G: 4% additional contribution provided by Cerner Norge

Cerner Norge provides a comprehensive set of absence policies to allow associates the ability to balance personal and work needs.

Paid maternity leave for up to 49 weeks Paid paternity leave for up to 10 weeks Paid leaves for personal events Leave to care for a sick child Bereavement Leave

Life Insurance and AD&D

Codan Forsikring provides coverage for life and disability due to accident. Annual premiums will be paid at 100% by Cerner Norge. Lump sum benefits will be non-taxable upon payment.

Time Off

Time Off As a Cerner associate, annual leave time is provided to you each year to allow you to take time off from work regularly, with pay, for rest, relaxation, and other personal time. Annual leave time at the rate of 25 days per year will be available to each associate and it will accrue on a weekly basis beginning on your date of hire.

Illness Cerner Time off for illness is based on your personal needs; if you are sick, you should stay home from work until you are well enough to return to work. Cerner also offers disability benefits for all eligible associates:

Cerner recognizes 10 public holidays per year when the offices will officially be closed.

Additional Benefits

Associate Assistance Program Cerner has contracted with New Directions Behavioral Health and Cerner HealthPlan Services to provide Cerner with an Associate Assistance Program (EAP). New Directions provides pre-paid counseling services by licensed counselors. Associates and/or their family may access this ser-vice via telephone. Service is available on a variety of topics (i.e. work, family, personal). New Di-rections’ specialists provide assistance 24 hours a day, 365 days per year to participants.
