handgun on any college, university, or technology center campus. I would support legislation allowing staff and/or faculty with handgun licenses to carry a concealed

handgun on any college, university, or technology center campus only if they are required to undergo extra training for active shooter situations.

Prohibited Places. (Check all that apply) I would support legislation removing non-secured state and local government buildings from the list

of places handgun licensees may not carry. I would support legislation allowing employees with a handgun license whose primary place of

business is a county courthouse to carry a concealed handgun into the county courthouse where they work. (This shall not include a courtroom.)

I would not support making any changes to the Prohibited Places section of the SDA.

Game Wardens. (Check all that apply) Will you support legislation requiring Game Wardens to follow the same legal procedures for entering private property as all other law enforcement must follow by requiring more than the mere discharge of a firearm before entering private property without permission or a warrant in areas where the discharge of a firearm is a legal act? (Witnessing a violation of game laws and/or regulations, etc., would constitute probable cause and would mean they had more than just the discharge of the firearm. Additionally, in urban areas it is illegal to discharge a firearm; as such, the discharge of a firearm in those areas would constitute probable cause. However, in rural areas, it would not.)

No, I would not support such legislation. Civil Asset Forfeiture. Currently, law enforcement can seize property belonging to people presumed to be involved in drug crimes even without a conviction. Furthermore, the burden of proof is on the person to get their property back. Will you support legislation reforming Oklahoma’s civil asset forfeiture laws to require a conviction before a person forfeits their assets?
