The Assess Survey Site

The Assess Personality Survey can be completed online or by paper/pencil and does not

need to be proctored.

• Survey taker will login with that account name and user id

• Approximately 30-45 minutes

• Available in multiple languages

• Candidates are asked to “Begin Survey without Candidate Code” if it is their first visit to the

site.

• If the candidate is resuming an unfinished survey, they are directed to “Enter Candidate

Code” and will be asked to enter their last name and Candidate Code.

Candidates must read and Agree to the Survey Agreement prior to completing the survey.

The Survey Agreement explains how the results will be used and who will see the results.

Candidates must type in the word “AGREE” to continue with the survey.

The candidate will be asked to provide their the Demographic Information.

• The Position and Level are for research purposes only and responses cannot be viewed

by the administrator or hiring manager

• Up to two optional variables in addition to email can be collected; this information will be

viewable on the candidate’s demographic page within the User Site (you will need to email

[email protected] to activate or name the Optional fields)

Age, Gender and Ethnicity are for research purposes only and responses cannot be viewed

by the administrator or hiring manager; these questions can be deactivated though we

recommend against it

The candidate always has the option to choose Prefer Not To Say

After submitting, the candidate is asked to verify information entered.

The candidate will receive a Candidate Code to be used to resume the survey in case they

need to leave the survey or they lose their internet connection.

In the next section, candidates will receive a brief set of instructions and begin the survey.

There are approximately 35 questions on a page and responses are saved each time the

candidate clicks Next to transition to the next set of items

Candidates can track their progress by referencing the navigation bar at the bottom of the

page

On the last page, candidates will submit their answers and receive a thank you page

indicating they have finished taking the survey.
