CHOCOLATESMore and more of us are choosing to focus on natural, minimally-processed, whole foods that come from grains, fruits and vegetables, without animal products (such as dairy, honey, or eggs). Whether that choice is for reasons of health, aesthetics, or the desire for a lighter environmental footprint, incorporating plant-based foods into your diet doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice the indulgence of spectacular chocolate! Meet our Plant-Based Truffles. All of these truffles are made with heart-healthy, antioxidant-rich dark chocolate from a variety of international sources, with rich ganaches (centers) that incorporate coconut milk, oat milk, and other non-dairy ingredients to achieve that luscious creaminess you crave -- without the cream. We want you to know what’s in your chocolates, and where they’re from. Let them introduce themselves...
