PROJECT CLOSEOUT: AT THE END OF THE PROJECT CONSTRUCTION PROVIDE A FINAL CLEANING OF THE BUILDING AND ALL OPERATING EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING SCREENS, FILTERS AND APERTURES. PROVIDE A RECEPTACLE FOR TRASH AND ESTABLISH A SYSTEM TO KEEP THE ENTIRE SITE FREE FROM CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS BY CLEANING UP AT THE END OF EACH BUSINESS DAY AND REMOVING EXCESS DEBRIS FROM THE SITE AS NECESSARY.

8. PROJECT CLOSEOUT: AT THE END OF THE PROJECT CONSTRUCTION PROVIDE A FINAL CLEANING OF THE BUILDING AND ALL OPERATING EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING SCREENS, FILTERS AND APERTURES. CLEANING INCLUDES BROOM SWEEPING AND VACUUMING ALL FLOORS, MOPPING TILE AND COMPOSITE FLOORING MATERIALS; THOROUGHLY CLEANING WITH NON-TOXIC COMMERCIAL CLEANING PRODUCTS, ALL COUNTERS, CABINETS, ACCESSORIES, ALL WINDOWS, DOORS AND HARDWARE; TOUCHING UP PAINTED SURFACES; CLEANING OR REPLACING MARRED CEILING TILES AND GRID; CLEAING ALL LIGHT FIXTURES AND ENSURING ALL LAMPS ARE OPERATIONAL; A FINAL TESTING OF ALL EQUIPMENT, STATIONARY OR OPERATING; VERIFYING THAT REQUIRED EXTRA PARTS, FILTERS, MAINTENANCE EQUIPMENT, ETC ARE STORED IN APPROPRIATE AND LABELED LOCATIONS.ALSO, PROVIDE THE OWNER WITH ALL EQUIPMENT MANUALS AS NOTED WITH INSTRUCTIONS AND WARANTY DOCUMENTS AND AT LEAST ONE SET OF AS BUILT DRAWINGS FOR THE OWNER'S USE.
