Get Ready!

Winter is almost upon us! What better way to enjoy it than to get out

with friends and family for some great cross-country skiing and show

shoeing at the Onaping Falls Nordics trails. Starting at the chalet

located at the Windy Lake Provincial Park,

you'll find immaculately groomed trails

available for all ability levels. The trails,

which wind through breath-taking scenery

provide the longest season of any in the area

due to a unique micro-climate that likes to

preserve its snow. Skiing and snow shoeing

are wonderful forms of exercise: aerobic, low impact, and high calorie

burning. Feel the exhilaration and then warm up next to the fireplace

inside the chalet.

For the up-coming season special events will focus on our

neighbouring communities and plans are underway to re-introduce

the jack rabbit program for young beginners. For more information

about these activities, day passes, season memberships, and

equipment rentals please check in with our website:

www.onapingfallsnordics.com and phone (705) 855-0145 for up-to-

date trail conditions. Please join us this season at Onaping falls: great

trails, longer season, pristine wilderness.

located at St. Charles Elementary School in Chelmsford. Our programs is

offered at Levack Public School every second Thursday of the month. This is a

program for families to drop in and stay and play with their children. The room

has toys as well as gross motor equipment. A healthy Snack is also provided.

To my many Angels and Friends for your prayers, cards,

phone calls, visits, goodies and transportation to and from

rehab.

“It’s a wonderful world and it’s people like you who make it that

way by the things that they do” (from Helen Steiner Rice)

Very much appreciated Special Prayers for the sick at the hospital by my two

“Arch Angels”, Father Pat and Father Joseph. I’m still here and very grateful

to be!

The power of prayer is truly answered.
