  • Alasco Doc Maremma Toscana Raccolto 2014

    Aging: Sangiovese rests in stainless steel tanks for about six months. Merlot ages in oak barrels for six months.

    Alcohol: 13.50%

    Tasting notes: Intense ruby red in color, this wine is fruity, fresh and soft on the palate.

    Food pairing: Rich first course dishes, meat dishes, cold cuts and mature cheeses.

    80% Sangiovese 20% MerlotAging: Sangiovese rests in stainless steel tanks for about 12 months. Merlot ages in medium toast French oak barrels for 12 months.

    Alcohol: 14.00%

    Tasting notes: This wine has an intense ruby red color. Its nose offers distinct aromas of ripe red berry fruits and vanilla, as well as secondary

    aromas of licorice. The fruity freshness of the Sangiovese and the soft

    tannins of the Merlot create an excellent structure on the palate.

    Food pairing: Rich first course dishes, meat dishes, cold cuts, mature cheeses.

    100% SangioveseAging: In stainless steel tanks on fine lees for about 12 months. After bottling, the wine matures for a minimum of twelve months.

    Alcohol: 14.00%

    Tasting notes: With its intense deep purple color, this is a well-balanced wine in its structure, soft and fresh on the palate.

    Food pairing: Rich first course dishes, meat dishes, cold cuts and mature cheeses. Its acidity makes it a perfect match for strong-flavored

    fish dishes as well.

    Aging: In bottle for a short time.

    Alcohol: 12.50%

    Tasting notes: Straw yellow with greenish highlights. Floral notes and intense aromas of broom, acacia and aromatic herbs abound, with light notes of citrus

    and exotic fruits. Its intense, persistent and structured flavor has a pleasant

    freshness and a savory touch.

    Food pairing: Aperitifs, starters, first and second course fish dishes, fresh cheeses, shellfish.

    We grow only Tuscan olive tree varieties (Moraiolo,

    Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino, Correggiolo), with which we

    make organic extra virgin olive oil of premium quality and

    in accordance with the regulations of the Tuscan PGI.

    The characteristics of our olive oil allow us to include on

    the label the caption "extra virgin olive oil polyphenols

    help protect blood lipids from oxidative stress”,

    indicating that "the beneficial effect is obtained with a

    daily intake of 20 gr of olive oil”.

  • The percentage of fruit used is (from 70% to 150%), sweetened with cane sugar and honey.
