Australian Museum The Australian Museum houses extensive collections of natural science and cultural artefacts dedicated to natural history, dinosaurs, indigenous Australians and Australia’s unique wildlife. The newly-refurbished Indigenous Australians exhibition traces Aboriginal culture from its recorded history (dating back 40,000 years) and examines the themes and issues in the lives of indigenous Australians today. Personal tours of this gallery and other exhibitions at the Australian Museum are available on request. A new rooftop café has opened with spectacular views over the Sydney skyline, St Mary’s Cathedral and the harbour. Australian National Maritime Museum The Australian National Maritime Museum (ANMM) is located on the Darling Harbour waterfront and is Australia’s national centre for maritime collections, exhibitions, research and archaeology. BridgeClimb Sydney BridgeClimb Sydney welcomes international visitors to scale the summit of the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge. Since 1998, more than 3.5 million people have climbed to the top, with the activity now regarded as a must-do experience for Sydney visitors. An additional 3.5-hour BridgeClimb in Mandarin now departs in the morning, a complement to the shorter, daily 2.25-hour climb departing at 3pm. During Vivid Sydney, a Vivid Climb will operate in late May/early June.
