CIRCULAR

SUBJUCT: - ADASA ELECTION- 2015

A decision has been taken placed in meeting of ADASA NC office bearers posted in Delhi in

respect of holding of election as early as possible. Accordingly it has been decided that the Elections

are to be held before 15th June,2015.

2. The tentative date of ADASA election 2015 for National & Zonal Council offices bearers

will be 5th

June, 2015 and Counting of votes & declaration of results will be 14th

June,2015.

3. Sh. S.S. Chauhan, Sr. Accounts Officer , O/o the ADG(NZ) ,AIR & Doordarshan, New

Delhi has accepted the request of ADASA NC to function as Returning officer for conduction of

ADASA Election-2015.

4. Other information like schedule of election , selection of presiding officers in the Units &

filing of nomination/withdrawal by the candidates will be circulated by the Returning Officer

in the first week of May-2015.

5. The Membership subscription fee @ Rs.240/- per year for the year 2015-16 is also due w.e.f.

April,2015. The decision for enhancement of subscription membership fee from Rs.60/- to Rs. 240/-

yearly has been approved & vetted in the National Council Conference held at Hyderabad in the

month of Novermber,214.

6. The Zone’s Secretaries/Chairmen were requested to submit the Unit-wise details of Members

along-with the subscription membership fee deducted by the Members DDO from Pay Rolls during

the financial year 2012-13 and 2013-14 and 2014-15:-

7. The unit-wise list of ADASA members may be sent through e-mail to GS, ADASA

(vprasadair@rediffmail.com, vprasadair@gmail.com) by 15.05.2015

8. The Unit-wise Voter list will be prepared on the basis of information received from Zonal

Council. The name of members will be enrolled as a voter only if his/ her Membership subscription fee

is deducted through Pay Rolls by the DDO and the Membership subscription fee is deposited with

National Council/Zonal Council/Unit Council through DDO.

9. This may be taken on priority basis by all the Zones so that the election process can be

concluded by 14th

June, 2015.
