Branch Out Hang Out Join us at the Branch Out building for a fun night of just hanging out! Music, movies and games - grab your friends and come to meet some new ones too! Feel free to bring your favorite movie or game to share. We will have snacks. No cost for caretakers.

ACCESS PROJECT PROGRAM INFORMATION• Photo Waiver: Photographs, videos and other documentation taken at school or Community Education activities may be submitted to

newspapers, used on district website, social media sites or appear in publications. Check above if you do not want pictures published.• These activities have been customized for adults with developmental disabilities.• Pre-registration is required for all classes. Please return the form above or call 651-403-8313 to register.• Please indicate any accommodations needed to effectively participate when registering for an activity.• Participants who require one-on-one personal attention for physical and/or behavior issues or medication administration must be supervised

by a caregiver. If a behavioral incident occurs, a caregiver may be required to accompany the participant to all future activities.• Classes will be held at the date, time and location listed unless you are notified that they are canceled, changed or full.• Transportation to and from activities is the responsibility of the participant or caregiver.• Participants must be accompanied to the classroom and should check in no earlier than 15 minutes prior to the listed start time and should be

picked up promptly at the listed end time.• All Access Project activities are sponsored by ISD 197 so there is no tobacco or alcohol allowed.• Refunds will only be given for cancellations received two days before an activity.

Macy’s Santa Land Exhibit Trip to Downtown Minneapolis Come and see the magical Christmas exhibit on the top floor of the Macy’s building in downtown Minneapolis. This trip is always a favorite! Stroll through Santa’s workshop, watch the elves make toys, see Santa’s mail room, and even get a treat from Mrs. Claus’ Bakery. Meet us in the Mount Car-mel Parking Lot - 1560 Bellows St, West St Paul, MN 55118. Please bring money to purchase a treat for yourself if you’d like. Cost for caretakers $10. Instructor: Beth Graft

Special Events

Fall Riverboat Cruise Join your friends from around the state of Minnesota for a two hour narrated cruise of the Mississippi River. The Anson Northrup Paddleboat departs from Harriet Island located across the river from downtown St. Paul. Travel up the river through the wooded Great River National Park to Fort Snel-ling. The Mississippi River has a tremendous history that all Minnesotans should encounter. Come and enjoy an afternoon on the “Ol’ Miss”! Transportation, box lunch with sandwich, salad, dessert and beverage included. We will meet and end at the Branch Out Building. Price for caretakers, $25.
