THe Round uP 2011 -2012 AdveRTISIng PolICIeS Space ReservationAll space reservation must be completed a week prior to publication date for both on-line and print advertising with the exception of commercials which must be reserved two weeks in advance. The Round Up does not guar-antee placement for ads received later than a week.

Electronic File Submission All logos, graphics, ad de-signs, etc. are to be emailed to [email protected] and are accepted in PDF, JPEG, TIFF & PSD Formats. All artwork for ads must be received no later than three days before publication for print ready ads and one week prior to publication for ads requiring design ser-vices.

Errors or Omissions Errors or omissions will be handled by the Advertising Manager. If the client ap-proves an advertisement with minor spelling and/or typo-graphical errors, The Round UP is not liable. Credit of equal value will be issued only if the error was commit-ted by The Round Up staff.

Graphic DesignGraphic design is included in the price of the advertise-ment and is created by The Round Up design staff. All

ads must be approved one week prior to publication. Graphic Use RightsAll rights for use of graphic content created by The Round Up is reserved for use only in The Round Up’s publications or web sites. Ads created by The Round Up may not be duplicated or used in other publications without expressed written authority of The Round Up.

Special InsertsAll inserts must be preprinted and provided by the client. Inserts must be mailed to Signature Offset Press 123 Westgate Street Las Cruces, New Mexico 88005 to the attention of The Round Up inserts. All inserts must be received no later than one week prior to publication date.

Right to Refuse The Round Up reserves the right to refuse any adver-tisement. A more extensive explanation of our right to re-fusal policy can be obtained by asking your marketing consultant.

Point of Contact & Inser-tion Orders All insertion orders will be electronically signed online by accessing The Round Up’s advertising manage-ment system. Official points

of contact are to be listed with The Round Up prior to signing any insertion order. The Round Up advertising staff will only discuss ad de-signs, billing issues and ad approvals with official points of contact as listed by the advertiser.

Ad Approval All ads must be approved three days prior to online or print publication date. If no one from The Round Up can reach an advertiser or official point of contact by 5PM on the third day prior to an ad running the scheduled ad will be canceled and the advertiser will be billed for 1/2 of the insertion order total.

Accepted Forms of Pay-mentThe Round Up accepts checks, money orders or credit cards. Cash will be ac-cepted only for classifieds.

InvoicingInvoices will be generated every two weeks with the invoice total due 30 days AFTER INVOICE WAS MAILED. ANY BALANCE REMAINING AFTER 30 DAYS WILL INCUR A 5% LATE FEE EVERY 30 DAYS THE BALANCE IS OUT-STANDING.
