BULLETIN 560-068-02 28.08.09 Issue 32 “We just wanted to congratulate everyone at HQ for another superb Christmas Catalogue. Including Cabouchon in the catalogue is an excellent idea – having less books to repack is a real bonus. Also, having the jewellery within the Christmas Catalogue we’ll generate more orders this year, we’re sure.” Mark and Sue O’Reilly, Gold Distributors “Who would have thought that Christmas really could arrive on 20 August 2009? Surely it is too early. Customers are going to think bah humbug…Well if that’s how you think then that is how it is going to be. “Fay and I decided to test the water and see if our customers really would be bitten by the Christmas bug in August in the worst recession in the UK for over a decade. We placed 76 catalogues on Tuesday for a Thursday collection, selecting a few of our customers who were due a catalogue on Friday (so they were actually getting the catalogue three days earlier than expected - a disaster you would think?). “The results were just mind blowing. We collected 68 of the catalogues and picked up 36 orders totalling £894. Yes, £894 in just over 2 hours. Three of the orders totalled a staggering £291 (we still have 8 customers who want the book a bit longer!). That is an average order of over £24. “It is now 1pm on Monday and we have just collected the last 8 books. We have collected another four orders totalling £177. That means 76 books have realised £1071 of orders. Amazing! “If anyone out there is asking themselves, should I get my Christmas catalogues out yet; the answer is a resounding YES, YES, YES. Thanks Kleeneze for what we know will be the best of our twelve Christmases with the company.” Fay and Andrew Roe, Bronze Executive Distributors “We received our Christmas Catalogues last week and gave one to one of our customers with whom we have set up an arrangement to pay weekly leading up to Christmas. This customer rang us on the night she received the catalogue and placed an order with us for £578. Not a bad order to start Christmas!” Chris and Ang Etches, Silver Distributors “Just picked up one single order of £222 - all from the Christmas Catalogue.
