SIMPLY THE BEST WEVE EVER SEEN

    15.05.09 Issue 19

OUR BUMPER SHOWCASE EDITION OF EWB WILL NOW BE IN CIRCULATION FOR TWO WEEKS TO HELP AS ASPONSORING TOOL FOR YOUR BUSINESS

Working at EWB, we have the privilege of hearing all your good news and success stories on a daily basis. And with seven Kleeneze Showcases

under our belt since the business moved to Accrington, you can imagine weve seen a huge amount of feedback on our biggest event. However,

the reaction to our Summer Showcase on Saturday was truly the finest weve ever had.

Youll have to take our word for it, but we had more emails than ever before about the Showcase - from Distributors who are regulars at the

events to those who were attending for the first time. All of them said that this event was the most inspiring, the most motivational and simply

    the best Showcase to date.

So what made this event even better than before? Well, we had a lot of varied responses, from the launch of the Autumn Destination to our

Network speakers. But theres no doubt about what made this Showcase particularly spectacular Kriss Akabusi.

It took just under an hour for the Olympic athlete to completely wow over the audience, inspiring everyone with his limitless energy, boundless

passion and incredibly contagious giggle! When he appeared two years ago on the NIA stage, the crowd was bowled over by his zeal and he

quickly became Kleenezes favourite guest speaker. However, on Saturday, the Olympian did what no one thought was possible and surpassed

our already high expectations of him and make his name synonymous with the Kleeneze Summer Showcase 2009.

It seems only fitting that Akabusi returned to the Kleeneze arena, as it was he who spoke at our inaugural Olympic-themed event in 2007. Now

half-way through our five-year plan to build Kleeneze up to the very best it can be, were almost certainly getting there.

EWB has also received the most pro-active feedback weve seen to date, as well. This Showcase appears not only to have inspired you, but to

have motivated you more than ever into taking action and moving your businesses forward. With the energy that appears to have been whipped

up by our Network and guest speakers, were feeling confident that this years Autumn Destination will have the highest number of qualifiers

    weve ever seen.

If you didnt make it to this explosive event, we hope that this weeks newsletter will go some way to passing on some of the amazing energy

and inspiration of the day. If you did, were sure youve already put your plans in place and are well on your way to achieving immense success.

So sit back, as over the next 11 pages we will re-live Saturday 9 May. And we will see you ALL in Cyprus!

15.05.09 Issue 19 ENTERPRIZE WEEKLY BULLETIN

Its not in every arena that the concept of recession would produce a whoop of happiness, however, thats

what happened on Saturday morning when Kleeneze Chairman Patrick Jolly stated: For the first time in 12

years, there are more than 2 million unemployed people in the UK and that figure shows every sign of

    continuing to increase.

We all know that now is the time to take action and to help, Managing Director Jamie Stewart was on handto explain just some of the Kleeneze solutions there are in store:

    THE SITUATION:

Youll all know that weve had

phenomenal retail so far this year. In

some areas its cleared us out. In

March, sales were 20% higher than forecast and so have given us

the quality problem many retailers would love to have. We sold out

of a small number of lines.

    THE SOLUTION:

Currently of the one thousand five hundred and ninety five live

items, weve got 46 out of stock, but over the next week this will

improve to 30 and then the following week we should be back to

    normal service.

    THE SITUATION:

This summer, for the first time in over 15 years, people will be

finishing full-time education in the middle of a recession. Something

like 690,000 people will be entering the job market from further

education to find that there are no jobs. We already know there are

at least 10 people applying for every job.

    THE SOLUTION:

There are two types of students to target those that are currently

studying who may be worried about student debt or whose parents

may be finding it hard to support them and those who have just

completed their studies and are looking for full time work.

Who do you know who has a student in their family?

Or do you live near to student accommodation? Im sure given a

group of people to focus on you can come up with some creative

    ways to target them.

    THE SITUATION:

As a result of these major increases in job seekers there are a

number of job fairs and careers events springing up across the

    country. I tested one a

    couple of weeks ago with

    some local distributors and

    we were all surprised by

    the number of leads we

    generated. Best of all these

    events are usually low-cost

or even free to exhibit at.

    THE SOLUTION:

    To help you promote the

    business in a professional

    manner and maximise

    interest weve negotiated a

    fantastic price on these

exhibition stands. Weve come up with two standard designs that

are tailored for both recruitment events and your business

    opportunity meetings.

These normally retail for 126 plus delivery but you can order either

design personalised with your Kleeneze approved website and

contact numbers for only 65 including VAT and delivery. These are

made to order and can usually be with you within 3-4 days.

    THE SITUATION:

Unfortunately we live in a society that doesnt always praise peoplefor using their initiative to set up their own home based business.

Most people dont want to see you do better than them. How

many of you had friends and family 100% behind you when you

first told them you were starting your own Kleeneze business? If

someone asks what you do are you able to explain it clearly?

    THE SOLUTION:

Imagine if we were advertising for a Gold Distributor.

Never undersell yourself, Kleeneze is an opportunity that can and

does change lives. Make sure youre able to explain to people in the

right context that Kleeneze really could be a great solution for them.

Many people have skills from previous roles that give them a head

    start in their Kleeneze business.

    THE SITUATION:

To help you make best use of your time weve been working with

Parcel Force who incidentally have consistently outperformed Amtrak

since they took over the service last year[and are now DSA award

winners! See page 5 for details Ed]

    THE SOLUTION:

In the next couple of months we will be testing a delivery service

    for anyone thats Internet registered.

The night before your delivery is due to you and the parcels have

been received by Parcelforce, we will email all Internet-registered

Distributors at approximately 8.30pm to confirm specifically which

parcels will be delivered the next day.

The following morning we will alert you by email again if any of the

parcels have been delayed once the vans have been loaded.

    The Kleeneze Solution

Determined individual required to run ahome based business.A Kleeneze Gold Distributors business turns over on average 2,100 a weekor 110,000 a year and can deliver a profit of 20 to 25,000 a year.

We even have some people who personally retail 100,000 and earn almost

    37,000 each year.

RECOGNITION PARADE GOES OLYMPICIf you werent there on the day, dont worry our illustrious Chairman hasnt really been put on the bench. He kindly stepped to one side for the

afternoon to allow Kriss Akabusi to join Jamie Stewart for our recognition ceremony.

And what a ceremony it was. Not only did we congratulate all our Sales Plan movers since the last Showcase, we also saw our four Corsa

winners (Andrew Ridley, Jack Kirby and Chantelle Molloy, Clare and Richard Chantler and Andrew Buxton and Laura Kelly) collect their brand

spanking new cars and, once again, Andrew Buxton and Laura Kelly took to the stage to collect their Mini Cooper.

We had a wicked day on Saturday. It was

our first ever time on stage for going Gold

and what an amazing touch to receive our

medals from an Olympic star. Kriss himself is

an inspiration and the best motivational

    speaker I have seen.

We now have his signed book and a picture

with him for us to look back on our fantastic

day and the medals from Kleeneze. Were also

in qualification for Cyprus, which is just

amazing as we have never been on a holiday

as a couple, so our first trip away will be with

Kleeneze and for free! How memorable will

    that be!

    Vicky Bradley and Craig Austin

    Gold Distributors

Rebekah and I were blown away by Kriss

Akabusi and Richard Berry, so to go across

stage and actually receive our medals from

Kriss himself made the day an amazing event.

The training Gavin Scott gave on the fantastic

EzeReach system was brilliant and informative

and the passion and belief that Angel Hill

displayed was awe-inspiring. We had 12

members of our team there and all of them

said they had booked tickets for

    September now.

15.05.09 Issue 19 ENTERPRIZE WEEKLY BULLETIN

At the end of last year we introduced a money back offer for new starters called SOS Start OutSuccessful, Jamie Stewart explained on Saturday. The idea of this was twofold - to offer people a

simple means of joining for free but also to reward new people for doing the activity to build

    their business.

To order the latest SOS flyers for your prospects use the same order code as before 04081 for a pack of 200 for only 2.00 or3.00 available from Wednesday or download it from the DSA.

All a new starter had to do to get their joining fee refunded is:

Achieve 400 of personal sales within their first 4 weeks. Then within

those first 4 weeks sponsor someone into the business who then has 4

weeks to achieve 400 of personal sales

This offer ended just over a week ago but it seemed to ignite people

into action - so given the success that SOS has had almost 300

people qualifying for a full refund on their joining fee - Im sure

youll be pleased to hear that weve decided to extend it until

the end of August. And even better, well back date it to the

start of May so that we include all of last weeks new starters

    in this promotion.

We have been to every Showcase since we joined in 1997 and this

was without doubt the best yet. The whole day was full of hints and

useful tips which meant you could go away and improve your business

    immediately.

The SOS incentive will certainly help with people being uncertain about

investments in this time of every penny being counted

    Andrew and Sharon Bird

In January, we had just reached 13% and after attending the New

Year Showcase we were feeling inspired! So, on our return, with the

help of our sponsor, Steve, and incredible Upline Andrew and Laura,

we started our plan setting four goals: to go Gold; walk across the

stage at the NIA; qualify for

    the Autumn Destination and

to do my own testimonial at

    the NIA.

Well at the end of Period 4

    we achieved Gold status, so

    on Saturday we walked

across the stage at the NIA,

and in two months timewe hope to of qualified to

    go to Cyprus (the strange

    thing about that is our

    summer holiday was going to

be Cyprus this year but we decided to go to Egypt instead). As for the

goal to do my testimonial at the NIA - well I will do that one day!

There were so many highlights for us on Saturday, but the one that

stands out the most has to be walking on to that stage and receiving

    the recognition for achieving Gold.

The Summer Showcase has left us just as inspired and motivated as

the first one did. I also took two prospects to the event - one of which

will be joining my team, and because of the extension of the brilliant

SOS incentive he his now in with a chance of getting all his start-up

    costs back.

    Distributors of the

    Year, Mike and Jean

    Day, had opened our

    third Summer

    Showcase by lighting

    the Olympic flame,

the corporate newshad been shared and

    now it was time for

    our first guest

    speaker Director

    of the DSA,

    Richard Berry.

    When Richard

    became involved with

    Kleeneze in 1969, it

was a very different company. He was brought in as a consultant, as

the companys share price was dropping. Some things, he told the

audience, are very much the same today as they were then though:

firstly, the customer trust in the brand name continues to be very

strong, the company still produces essential everyday products that are

of interest to the customer and thirdly its still fun!

Now a key figure in the Direct Selling industry, Berry was the man

behind the company as it is now. It was he who brought MLM to

Kleeneze and the idea of catalogues, saying back then, Kleeneze was

predominantly for men they thought catalogues were for wimps! It

took a long time for the message to spread.

Having initiated Europes first MLM company, Richard Berry stillwatches the progress of Kleeneze avidly, however, heading up the DSA

he is also very aware of how the industry is heading. The Director

ended his speech on an entirely reassuring note, saying: Demand for

extra income will always continue to thrive regardless of whether

    theres a recession or not.

Richard Berry was the highlight of the day for me. To see the man

who was at the helm of Kleeneze back in 1970 was brilliant. I knew of

the vital role that he played in the development of Kleeneze becoming

a network marketing company but it really hit home listening to him

on stage. Without him none of us would have been there. Just one

man with the vision for the future. We can all learn from this. We can

all make a difference. The Showcase was absolutely spectacular.

All the speakers and testimonials were awesome. Another great day.

    Thank you.

Dave Pemberton-Smith, Gold Senior Executive Distributor

HEAD OF DSA WOWS NIA AUDIENCE

48 hours after the Summer Showcase, the Direct Selling Association

awards ceremony was due to take place. With Kleeneze short-listed for

no less than FIVE awards, we were overjoyed when we heard the news

that our very own Susan Coleman and Robert Holdford had won theaward for Retail Excellence and Parcelforce, had snapped up the

    Partnership Award.

As the Direct Selling industry continues to thrive, this event is seeing

more competition than ever, so its a huge achievement to be

    recognised in this arena.

Gold Distributors, Susan Coleman and Robert Holdford have already

snapped up Kleenezes own VIP trophy for the past six years running,

so it wasnt a huge surprise that they were recognised for their

outstanding personal sales at the DSA ceremony.

Our other winners, Parcelforce, were awarded the Partnership Awardthanks to the huge support the company gave us when our delivery

company, Amtrak, suddenly went into administration and, indeed,

    continues to give us.

Congratulations to all our short-listed superstars and, of course,

    our winners!

ENTERPRIZE WEEKLY BULLETIN Issue 19 15.05.09

Another great Showcase on Saturday, so thanks to the

company for that - oh and thanks for the Corsa too!

All of the team, who attended, had a great time andfound it very inspiring. A few great things amongst lots

of fantastic events during the day, for me were:

The advertising banners - I ordered mine on Monday

first thing! Its just what we need. We can use them in

all different areas, from career faryes, car boot sales,

high street shopping areas, just about anywhere! Very

professional, and they will be very effective Im sure.

Richard Berry, Director of the DSA - his comments give

us a lot of confidence in this fantastic business,

saying:Recession doesnt bother MLM direct selling

companies. It will have little or no effect on

    DSA companies.

Kriss Akabusi, as lots of people have commented, was immense! Getting new prospects up was a

master stroke, I believe. And one of his quotes is

still with me from the last talk he did, which he

said again - The past is for reference, not

residence - WOW how powerful is that.

We will move on from the Showcase stronger, and

more confident of the future than ever before -

    well done Kleeneze.

    Andy Ridley, Bronze Executive Distributor

Having only missed two events in 9 years, I have experienced some great Showcases

and some even better than great Showcases. But Saturday was up there with some of the

    very best.

The speakers were fantastic- from the testimonials to people like the awesome Rob Foster

and Gavin Scott to the likes of Kriss Akabusi, but it has to be said our very own John

    Stephen stole the show.

The message he delivered was, as usual, spot on but mixed with a lesson in Scottish

dialect was the funniest training I have ever seen (I thought Rosemary was going to burst).

The destination to Cyprus looks amazing - well worth the extra effort required to get

there. The retention of S.O.S is also a big plus. All in all, a great weekend.

We have just come back from what we can

safely say is the best Showcase we have been

to in our Kleeneze career. All the speakers

were exceptional and had a clear concise

message to get across complimenting each

other perfectly. It became apparent that we

really are in the right place at the right time

and with the right vehicle - we just need to

start driving it, and fast, or as John Stephen

    said - go supersonic!

    The announcement of the Autumn

Destination before lunch was a fantastic idea

and Cyprus looks awesome. As Fay and I have

been collecting our catalogues today we have

come up with Contacting Your Prospect-list

Realises Ultimate Success using the first letters

of the Destination. We feel the prospect list

really is the most untapped resource we have,

and if worked properly can create an

    awesome team of people.

    Fay and Andrew Roe

    Bronze Executive Distributors

What a Showcase! It is fair to say that it is

difficult to find words that could ever dojustice in trying to capture this incredible

    event. The combination of sensational

    speakers, fantastic incentives and Kriss

Akabusis energy and passion ensured that all

our team members (experienced ones as well

as relatively new ones) thought it was a

phenomenal day and we all left the NIA

determined to immediately put into action all

    that we had learned.

    Jackie and Iain Swanston

    Bronze Executive Distibutors

What a fantastic day. You couldnt pick a

favourite out of the testimonials they all had

such great personal stories. Richard Berry

seemed a very proud man speaking from the

heart, while Gavin, Peter, John and Rob were

all excellent, but a special mention must go to

John for getting the whole audience to talk

    Scottish in 5 minutes!

Poor Patrick Jolly opened the Showcase but

then lost his job to doing the recognition to

Kriss Akabusi who was fantastic on his second

visit to the Kleeneze stage - who would havethought he could have been better than his

first visit. How lucky were the people who

went up to receive recognition to meet such

    an enthusiastic and inspirational man?

That leaves us Cyprus. Le Meridien Spa &

Resort looks like a wonderful place - a typical

Kleeneze venue, nothing to good for its

    Distributors!

Jim and Jill Miller, Silver Distributors

Just to say how awesome the Showcase was.

Without doubt it was one of the best ever.

Where else can you have a serious business

and have so much fun! Never heard so much

laughter dont people know theres a

    recession on?!!

The fun didnt stop there either, as a small

group from the Nicholson Tigers Team

continued the synergy and joined up for a

sizzle at a local restaurant - we just didnt

want the day to end. Wealth of income,

wealth of knowledge, wealth of friendship.

    Bob and Diane Goulding

    Bronze Executive Distributors

The Summer Showcase was amazing. All the

speakers were fantastic and all had differentways of presenting their points, which made

each one uniquely inspiring. Seeing Kriss

    Akabusi was awe inspiring.

Steve and I went across the stage to accept

our Gold medals; this was, in our opinion, the

best possible time to do this as Kriss Akabusi

awarded us with them. Wow - what a

feeling. I thought it would be nerve-wracking,

but it felt fantastic and we cant wait to do it

again soon. Peter Wellock was a real pro and

it was great to see a name up there that Ive

heard many times over the years. As always Rob Forster left us feeling proud of

the opportunity we have in our hands at such

a desperate financial time, always a favourite

speaker with us. Richard Berry was fantastic

to see, we felt humbled to see how much he

had achieved and how hed laid the stepping

stones to allow us to walk the journey of

success with direct selling. And finally we

enjoyed Gavin Scotts presentation as it really

hits home how regular people can achieve

    great things with this business.

Bring on Cyprus.Steve Richardson and Ann-Marie Burras

    Gold Distributors

Im back home and reliving the Buzz

generated by the Kleeneze Showcase at the

NIA. The best one yet? Certainly ranks right

up there amongst the best that weve

attended. I thought the mix of speakers was

exceptional giving a really balanced show of

    experience and thought-provoking

commentary as provided by Richard Berry,

Director of the DSA, Peter Wellock and John

    Stephen, together with great testimonials

from some real stars of the business.

If anything, Kriss Akabusi was even better

than he was 2 years ago. His enthusiasm and

drive are infectious and the passion and

excitement that he generated during the

Recognition Parade may never, ever be

repeated. To get the new prospects into the

middle of the arena and speak directly to

them in the way that he did was

    absolutely brilliant.

I think it was then a stroke of genius to have

Rob Forster close the show. In my opinion

hes simply the best speaker we have - the

way he berated the politicians for their greed

at a time when most of the people in the

country are having to tighten their belts dueto the state of the economic mess they and

the banks have put us in was absolutely

brilliant. As ever Rob provided some real gems

for us all to refer back to and Im sure will

help us move our businesses forward. Above

all though he must have been a real

inspiration for so many of the new prospects

and those attending the conference for the

first time - proof indeed of what can be

achieved from Kleeneze by applying work

    ethic ,dedication and belief.

Im saving the best to last - the chance to getup on stage as one of the Kleeneze Olympic

Games qualifiers was brilliant but then to

have the next destination announced whilst

we were on stage was just awesome. Le

Meridian Cyprus is going to be fantastic!

Remember qualification is open to everyone -

for all those of us who want to go, lets work

our socks off and make sure that we hit those

    qualification criteria.

Once again, Kleeneze came through with a

remarkable day. Our whole group was truly

impressed with Richard Berry - it was an

honour listening to him! There really was

    something - training, motivation and

    information - for everyone.

    Steve Johnson and Rosemary Rowntree

    Bronze Executive Distributors

This was my second Showcase and I thought

it was excellent ! Kriss Akabusi's energy just

got me back on track, along with the

    inspiring testimonial from Julie Yuen,

describing her trials on the way but never

giving up. That's the kind of commitment that

leads to a successful business! I am now

working with my team to help them identify

their business goals and how I can help them

get there. I've activated my own new action

plan as well. Fantastic news about Cyprus and

the SOS incentive - being someone that

achieved the SOS last year and who saw

another team member do the same I know it

is very achievable. Im a great fan and I will be

    pushing it all the way!

    Yvonne Bignall, Silver Distributor

    TION, ARE YOU?

OUR FIRST TIME AT THE SHOWCASESaturday was a great event. I woke updesperate to go out and work on Sunday, but

was stuck in London for the day. Still got back

and managed to drop off a load of deliveries

    in the evening though!"

    Michael Harrison, Silver Distributor

I have recently become a distributor and

Saturday was my first event! All I can say is

wow!!The level of training and motivation I received

from them was unbelievable; it really gave me

the belief that I too can achieve great things

    with Kleeneze.

To sum things up I had a fantastic day and I

am so enthusiastic about this opportunity!

    Thank you very much Kleeneze!

    Neil Shearer, Distributor

This was my first Showcase having only been

with Kleeneze for 7 weeks, I was a little

unsure of what to expect. OH MY WORD!What a day. It was amazing to see over

5,000 Kleeneze distributors in one room and

    the atmosphere was fantastic.

I was especially interested to hear what

Richard Berry had to say, and to think that all

those years ago, it was his foresight for the

business that ultimately brought us all

together. I was humbled - what

    an inspiration!

Kriss Akabusi was an excellent addition to the

day and what with his motivationalpresentation, all the testimonials, Gavin and

    Robs invaluable information and the

fabulous rewards that had been given away, I

    was on fire!

    The Autumn Destination looks unbelievable

and I will certainly be trying my hardest to get

there and experience it for myself. The

support from Eur-eka for the people going

across in recognition was incredible; I even

went home and worked for a few hours, as I

want to get across the stage myself!

I certainly couldnt wait to get home and tell

everyone all about what I had seen and show

them what a great opportunity Kleeneze is,

especially my new sponsee as she will now be

in with a chance of getting her start up costs

back as the SOS incentive had been extended,

I will definitely be back for more, I booked my

ticket for September by text while I was there

    and cant wait!

    Lisa Gaut-Conway, Distributor

It was lovely to meet the team for the firsttime on Saturday, and what a day it was. It

was the first Showcase for Chris and I and I

have to say we both thoroughly enjoyed it.

From the excellent speakers to the fantastic

prizes - and what an incentive they were. We

pre-booked our tickets for the next one in

September and look forward to seeing

everyone again. It really is good news that

Kleeneze is riding above the recession,

as the figures prove! Thanks to Kleeneze for a

    fab day.

Id just like to remind everyone that all qualifiers for Autumn destinations since Marrakech including Vienna will automatically qualify for tickets to the London Olympics in 2012.So anybody that qualifies for Blackpool this year will also qualify for this historical event,Patrick Jolly.

All qualifiers must be active at time of Olympics and can only qualify once.

15.05.09 Issue 19 ENTERPRIZE WEEKLY BULLETIN

There was a little bit of a surprise on the Saturday morning of the

Showcase. Traditionally, weve quite cruelly made the audience

wait until the very end of the day to launch our Destination, but

for this particular Autumn Destination we couldnt wait one

second longer and launched it before lunch!

The news that were taking you to southern Cyprus; the seasidetown of Limassol was met with hoots of happiness from the

audience. The Autumn Destination is often referred to as the

peoples conference thanks to its straightforward criteria which

opens it up to absolutely everyone in the Network.

Qualifying Distributors can look forward to staying at the amazing

Le Meridien Spa & Resort the islands only five-star international

chain hotel situated immediately on the beach. Its an amazing

    destination and the

    qualification criteria is still

    wide-open!

To see how to get there,

what youll be doing onceyou are and tools to inspire

    you along the way,

the new pop-up banners for recruiting!*

    This is Marie Burnett-Hockey at

the Malvern show the day after the

    NIA Conference demonstrating the

    enthusiasm and initiative which has

led to her and husband Steve going

21% in Period 4 and powering ahead

strongly for the Autumn Destination -

Cyprus. Marie and Steve have been to

Cyprus before but they said: no way

could we have afforded to stay at Le

Meridien Limassol - thats one of the

    top hotels on the island!

    * See page 2 for more on our new pop-up banners

What a Showcase! And now we know where the Autumn

Destination - Cyprus. How exciting is that?! I lived there for 6

years in and around Paphos and it is such a wonderful island, with

very hospitable people. Richard had never been to Cyprus, so last

year; because I have some great friends in Limassol we visited

them and did a tour of the island. Visiting yes - the Meridian

Hotel. Even when I lived there it had the very best of reputations

for the rich to stay. It is certainly not a destination to miss, so

those in qualification and those who have just joined this fantastic

business make sure you do everything and more to get to thisbeautiful island. Cant wait!

My husband Paul and I have been in the business since 2005, but

never before has a Showcase inspired us as much as this one. We

really want to go to Cyprus, and we spent all day Sunday planning

how we are going to get there. This has never happened. We

have made plans before, but theyve always fallen by the wayside

    - not this time!! See you in Cyprus!!
