BULLETIN 560-068-02 18.12.09 Issue 48 Time has flown by and this is the last issue of EWB for 2009! It’s been an incredible year for so many of you and we’ll be celebrating your success at the New Year Showcase in January before going on to have many, many more successes in 2010! So, what was the highlight of your year? Perhaps you won a nice little holiday in one of our retail incentives that ran throughout the year. Or maybe the introduction of EzeReach has supported your business to go onto the next level. Perhaps you’ve been climbing the ladder of success through our Cape Town competition, have had leads generated through our TV campaign or simply enjoyed watching someone cut Michael Khatkar’s beloved tie off in front of thousands of Distributors (sorry, did we say we’d never mention that again?!). Of course, it is possible that you didn’t get what you wanted in 2009 and if that’s the case – if you haven’t experienced the wealth, happiness, excitement, success you were after – it’s time to make a decision. DESCRIPTION

The Kleeneze option In today's society, a secure income - a job for life - may no longer be available from conventional employment. If you have suffered redundancy, and particularly if you are over 40, you may know how difficult this can be. Most people will admit to being dissatisfied with their level of income, especially in relation to the free time they enjoy. The current trend of working from home, part-time working and job-sharing is an indication of how many people wish to escape the "employment trap". L@@K FREE information pack www.kleeneze.gb.com

18.12.09 Issue 48 ENTERPRIZE WEEKLY BULLETIN

This month saw Bronze PremierExecutive Distributors Muriel and TonyJudson achieve an outstanding goal – tohave £1,000,000 turnover in one Period!EWB caught up with the couple to seewhat went into completing thismassive milestone.

Firstly, congratulations on reaching thisamazing milestone! How hard have youhad to work to achieve it and has italways been a goal of yours?

The one million pound turnover has been atarget of ours for the last couple of years andwe only missed it by £60,000 last year. Thisyear we smashed it by £77,000 actuallyfinishing period 12 on £1,077,000.00 -wow!!

It was a definite goal of ours, but it wasmade up of lots of other goals from othermembers of the Universal Group. Many otherpeople had a personal best Period, manypeople moved up the pay plan and manypeople including ourselves had our best everbonus cheque.

You can’t do one million pounds on yourown - that is the power of NetworkMarketing. People who did hundreds andhundreds of pounds and people who did tensof thousands of pounds and even peoplewho put in their very first order made acontribution to the whole million and wewould like to thank each and every memberof the Universal Group for the hard work thatthey put in to help us achieve our goal.

Have the Kleeneze incentives helped youachieve it at all?

The Kleeneze incentives help in every area ofthe business, whether it is a new Distributorearning extra catalogues or a first bonuscheque or a conference qualification forGolds, Bronze, SEDs or even Premiers. Whowouldn’t want a free holiday or car?! It is thissort of recognition that drives people on. Ithink that we should also give the company abig pat on the back for the excellent stocksituation this year also helping us achieveour goal.

What else do you accredit yoursuccess to?

The other big factor in success in NetworkMarketing is teamwork and following aproven system – it’s the power of eachindividual distributor working towards theirown goals and at a speed that suits them.

Don’t let us forget our fabulous customerseither, who after 4 to 6 months become ourcustomer base and give us orders month aftermonth after month. And not forgetting ourfantastic catalogues that encourage ourcustomers to buy.

To sum up what we think has helped us toachieve our £1,000,000.00 – it’s all of theabove. Every bit fits together like a jigsawpuzzle. You need it all to completethe picture.

You too started Kleeneze during arecession. Do you note any similaritieswith this recession and is it a good atime to start as people say?

We started our business in a recession andthink that it is one of the best times to start abusiness with more people looking for work.Plus, the time between Christmas and NewYear is a great recruiting time as mostcompanies make people redundant then.

We have always found that this next 10 daysis great for retailing when customers startpanic-buying last minute presents, so makesure that your catalogues are out.

A ONE MILLION POUND TURNOVER!

If the Kleeneze advert showed us anything, it’s the importance of spreading the Kleenezebrand as far as possible. One way of doing this is PR.

We’ve updated the PR section on the DSA with a selection of press releases that you candownload and use for sponsoring. You’ll find the Christmas Recruitment, Working Families,Graduate and Recession press releases all here and we’ll be updating them regularly.

On the same page, though, you’ll find tools to help you become your own PR guru. Useany of the templates here, fill in your details and contact your local press with yourKleeneze story!

Don’t forget to let EWB know how you get on. [email protected].

them day and night we have sold 128 sets!At maximum commission of 54% of the salesplan value, that has earned us an additional£442.30 of income for just an extra couple ofminutes at the door. When the Kleenezeadvert ran threemonths ago onnational televisionsales and sponsoringsoared. Over thefour week period, allof you got out thereto back up thecampaign andspread the brand

name with staggering results that we’re continuing to see to this veryday!

Well, it’s back! Featuring the new catalogues, the television ad is set torun for another four weeks, and capitalise on the last few weeks ofChristmas retail and the January sales too! The campaign has thepotential to hit over another 10 million people, creating loads morecustomers for you and creating the foundation of your best year todate!

“Today I amazed a new prospective customer. I was out doingdeliveries in my local area, when I received a textmessage from Kleeneze saying to check my email, asthere was a catalogue request waiting for me.

Well as I have a BlackBerry the email was already onmy phone! I had customer base catalogues in thecar ready to drop and so I went straight to theaddress as it was only a 5 minute drive from mycurrent location.

I knocked on the prospective customer’s door dressed in my Kleenezejacket, with my Kleeneze ID in full view and BlackBerry in hand. Wellthe look on her face was amazing; she said she had only justrequested the catalogue 15 minutes earlier! What a story she will haveto tell her friends and maybe my prospective customers!

Our Kleeneze branding is down to our speed and customer service. Will keep you posted on the results of this speedy action.”

Jason Leigh, Gold Distributor

“I have had yet another lead from the Kleenezeadvertising campaign and this is 6 in total now. So farI have received £111.75 on just four catalogues. Theother books are due for collection soon. When Ireceived the fourth lead I took the pack of cataloguesimmediately to the house and as there was no one in, I just pushed itthrough the door with a little note explaining who I was and why Iwas calling. The house was in a street of what I can only describe asmansions and I never even knew they existed.

When I collected the book the lady told me she wasso impressed with the Kleeneze service. She hadrequested a catalogue on Sunday 29 November andby the evening it was on her door mat. She said theservice was incredible. I received an order for£15.75, but she has asked me to keep calling. I amplanning to drop the whole street now. This justgoes to show that we should never pre-judge whowill or who won’t be interested in receiving our catalogues. ThanksKleeneze!”

It was his drive, and that alone, that took him through his journey from ‘King of the 99s’ with Duncan’s Super Ices to multi-millionaire nursing home owner to where he is today – director of Bannatyne Enterprises, overseeing health clubs, a casino, housing

developments and hotels. Proof that anyone can make it if they set theirmind to it. On Saturday 9 January, you’ll have your chance totext your questions direct to the Dragon himself to answerlive on stage!

The popular annual resolution of finding a new job has taken on amore serious edge as millions of people will enter 2010 unemployed.Add to that the traditional post-Christmas credit card bill and otherresolutions such as spending more time with family and you havesomeone who needs to know about the Kleeneze opportunity!

Warm market, three-foot rule, there are loads of different ways to letpeople know that we’re out there. Here are some of the ways you’vebeen sponsoring:

“We are involved, through a good friend of ours, with EastleighCarnival. We are the judges for the princess competition and I was thejudge for the baby competition for the second year running (not aneasy job!). We were offered a stand to have on the event ground forjust £15 so we set about organising ourselves to use this as a trial runin stepping up our sponsoring activities.

Mark Mackelden (our Upline) and his daughter, Jessica, came up fromKent to support us for the day and he brought his banner tosupplement the new graphic wrap that we had invested in for ourstand. Jo Lake from our Downline came with her son Josh and we hada fantastic day. It was local event where we have been operating asDistributors and we met many of our customers and found somenew ones.

We were really encouraged by the interest from a small local event andwe are in the process of arranging more event days further afield withour great team.”

Karin and Dave Harris,Silver Distributors

“Inspired by the recent focus on recruiting students, we travelled toExeter University to take part in their part-time jobs fair for newstudents. We had contacted several universities to see what they couldoffer us and the package at Exeter included a stand at the jobs fair, a

drop-in session the following week and ongoing adverts via emails andon a plasma TV in the Students’ Guild.

Our Upline, Donna Clease, came with us and we were kept busy forfour hours dealing with enquiries from students about the opportunity, with hardly time for a cup of tea. They were drawn to us by thebanner and the DVD presentations that we ran through our laptop.

Over both sessions, we collected over 140 leads and are currentlyfollowing up on all of these. There were several who showed a lot ofinterest. It was a great way of generating a lot of leads in a very shorttime, and all of these will be available for us to follow up over their 3years of study, so if the opportunity does not suit them now, it may doin a year or two or when they graduate.”

Heather de la Croix and Jamie Cook,Silver Distributors

“Recently, in myarea, we had ahome exhibition.20,000 peopleattended the eventover a week and itwas marvelous. Wespoke with so manypeople about thecatalogue andworking withKleeneze. In fact, atthis very moment, two people are starting their Kleeneze businessesafter visiting us at our stand!”
