TITLE: Textile Quality Production Leader in our office in Hue Welcome to Decathlon (former name: Oxylane) - a network of companies dedicated to people who love sports (http://corporate.decathlon.com and www.decathlon.vn). Decathlon brings together two different activities all around the world: - Design and production of sporting goods - Direct retail to customers Your responsibilities: • Source, select and manage suppliers. • Develop and industrialize new products with clear development planning. • Master and optimize product costs. • Evaluate and ensure the quality of products at your suppliers. • Launch and pilot continuous improvement projects with your suppliers to make progress on their performances (quality, safety, environment, toxicology) and social compliance. • Set up a plan of controls of your products before shipment • Measure and correct discrepancies through action plans follow up • Ensure the process applying in production lines. Decathlon brings together two different activities all around the world: - Design and production of sporting goods - Direct retail to customers Your responsibilities: • Plan your orders and forecasts to ensure the models availability (finished goods and components). • Obtain the best possible lead-time and price. • Ensure a reliable data price/cost and lead-time referencing of your products. • Manage and optimize components stock supply and ensure a reliable stock. • Manage the capacity and production planning of your suppliers. • Pilot my activity: turnover, margin, performance. • Manage the continuous improvement of supply performances.
