Projects and deadlines• We are presently executing a number of fast track projects and I

would like to summarise the major ones them as follows:– 14_081 - Siggiewi Primary School BMS- 3rd fix installation completed by

beginning of November 2015. This is progressing well and we need to ensure there are no issues here!! We need to avoid problems on testing and commissioning ... Commissioning completed by 8th December 2015- we also had a number of large variations approved on this project

– 13_076 - MDH Block D Ext MAU- Panel termination completed at the earliest possible date and IO testing has commenced now- the target is to have a form of closed loop for the AHU by the end of this week and to have most testing and commissioning works done by the end of November 2015. Mekanika will finish all the cable pulling by 12/11 – after this date we need to have a date by when all panel terminations and all IO testing are completed.

Projects and deadlines– 15_008 - Aurobindo PH02 BMS- The panel has been delivered and

assembled on site with everyones good will and effort. We need to plan the programming and development of the system which is now extremely urgent. We have the first phase of handover which is to be done by 13th November 2015... This date has been delayed by the contractor – so my message is to press on doing software until the contractor starts meeting the deadlines

– 14_089_MGA_DAC_PA_VA – needs to be completed by 15th November 2015 – including PA-VA- The contractor on site has tested all speakers – now lets commission- CCI I need a date here

– 13_070 SCM Lagoona – needs to be completely commissioned by 15th December 2015
