The following is a record of what was done during the past week and a forecast of the next week.....

A General Note before we start- New premises

The new premises.... The offices are looking really nice and Crisp now!! Thanks to all for you efforts.. It is now up to all of us to take care of our new offices and respect the huge investment done by our owner. A bit more to do including list below- lets make an effort and conclude:a) Air Conditioning controls with JACEb) Re installation of all wall mounted items in tech area. This

area is to be made a show case and it is to reflect organisation and technology – this is works in progress and hopefully it can be finished this week

c) Automation system integrated with lighting and the other systems installed

•Our next event to be organised will be on Friday 12th August – any ideas as to what we should organise??

Projects and deadlines• 15_044_Hilton_Restaurant_Kitchen_AHU and

15_034_Hilton_Calorifier_Monitoring. We have managed to commission basic closed loop controls ... Next would be the full commissioning of the CVA can you confirm when this will be completed. We have a new PO for the construction of a further drive AHU31... Stefan and Rullu have started building this and will soon be on site to install this

• 15_033_Westin_7-AHU- Most of the T&C should by now be completed. Pending is documentation CCI I would like a target date on the completion here

• 15_008 - Aurobindo PH02 BMS- We are doing huge efforts to complete here – we need to persist and close off what ever we can

Projects and deadlines• 12_027- Parliament We now need to proceed on

all pending issues down to ESI (Original contract- Server software, Intruder alarm mainly)

• 13_070- SCM Lagoona Plant room – DSH we need to identify which is the date when we can conclude all installations possible here

• 15_041- Vibrant Qatar - has been concluded and we now have to close off all as fitted and O&M as well as assist in creating a VPN with site

DesignLast week• Aurobindo – Release info re additional 8AIs• SCM Lagoon Pump Room – solving design queries• AAP – Implemented and released Client feedback &

Development and Commissioning• Parliament project - NEXT IS TO TACKLE SNAGS ON

PARLIAMENT so as to close off the whole job • The last issues on the DAC for SCM PH2- IT IS NOW A

PRORITY AND WE NEED TO GET COMPLETION CERTIFICATION

• 12_043_Life Sciences – Collecting the KWhr monthly data and finishing off what we can is a huge urgency- we need to start on water meter commissioning

• SCM PH2 needs also some attention on the tagging purchase order for the BMS- CVA is to work on this

• The Bosch HSDK interface is well advanced and we have documented and we should shortly be expecting to go overseas to commission

Development and Commissioning• OTM urgent jobs and snags – P12/ Tank Field 3• CCA Villa - AC snags and ILPS. • Oncology 14_066- We have done most of the

work here and are waiting from Panta on this• Aurobindo we are proceeding with software

development and we have done quite some progress –we need to conclude whatever we can here

Development and Commissioning• 16_004_Microbiz_PW_Otis_Interface- Phase 1 of the

commissioning at Connecticut in US at OTIS is successfully done – next is site commissioning in Houston- Well done DFA and TBR and good luck on the next phase

• 14_081_Siggiewi School- Lets move on concluding issues related to Data acquisition and analysis.... We need good data to prove our systems- CCI has done a plan- stick to it!!

• 16_017_BMIT_DAC- We have done first and second fix and now need to proceed to commission

• 16_011_Intruder_UOM- we need to plan on completion dates

Sales and Business Development• We have been working on a quote for Actavis, 2

other Home automation projects and a quote for OTM for the change over of their PLC/Operating system and re writing of their core software

• We have been successful in winning a new home automation system- 16_023_GGY and a new SISA agreement – 14_047- Sterling Chemicals

• Over the next two weeks TBR will be overseas but we will continue quoting and pushing for new work through KJA (overseen by TBR from the US)

Data, data and more data• We have a lot of projects which are giving us a lot

of data and I would like to start telling “stories” by data

• I have received feedback required and will now be normalizing this data to make it presentable and analyse it

• Margarita is helping me out here and soon I will be presenting our findings

• Quality questions for new employees – I sent these out and need them returned by 13th July 2016- Most of you have answered and participated... Pending one answer postponed to 5th August

• Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats... I would like all your feedback by end of June 2016. I received feedback from only one of you and will wait till END July maybe I will get some more feedback.

• I have been seeing a lot of encouraging actions showing teamwork- people working and helping each other as a team – this needs to go on and we must work to achieve what we persist for- success!!!
