The following is a record of what was done during the past week and a forecast of the next week.....

A General Note before we startI would like to thank once again all the team for the efforts to complete the offices upstairs. Now even I am finally in my office The plan next for this week is: a) Pass all PIR cables and AC control cablesb) Finish all paintwork upstairsc) Migration of ESI to new position move to happen next

weekend 9/4. Please note all that during this time Server & Network will be OFF – no overtime at office / no network access (VPN)

d) Next stage will involve works in design and technical office- before this is done the show room area must be closed off and electrical supply made permanent with Enemalta (to allow people to relocate to here)

Projects and deadlines• 15_033_Westin_7-AHU- With everyone’s effort we have

managed to change over the Banquet hall AHUs- not only but start these remotely from the engineering PC- Next target- finish all Testing and commissioning works – I am expecting a date from Cci and DSh here

• 13_070_SCM Lagoona_Pump room- We have pulled most cables and need to now start terminations on site... This, too, is going to become a hot project- All terminations possible are to be completed ASAP

• 14_001_Fadalah- CVA has successfully completed the trip and flown the ESI flag up high here... PTO

Projects and deadlines• 15_044_Hilton_Restaurant_Kitchen_AHU and

15_034_Hilton_Calorifier_Monitoring. All installation and manual start up by end first weeks of April.... Again I am expecting a date by when we can manually start up here! Full T&C by end of April 2015.

• Projects 12_026 SCM Buildings 02, 03, R3 & R4 and 12_027 Security Systems Parliament- are still pending projects.

Projects and deadlines• 15_008 - Aurobindo PH02 BMS- We have made

progress on commissioning here- we will also soon need to come up with a plan and target date here.

• 13_052 New offices- Get the Automation in the new area offices!! Make sure it is fully functional and de snagged- Installation upstairs are to be completed shortly.... Design and Technical offices will be moved soon after that!

Development and Commissioning• We have done large important steps on finishing off the

Parliament we need to get the documentation out of the way too to avoid us going time and time again on site- IT IS NOW A PRORITY AND WE NEED TO GET A COMPLETION

• The last issues on the DAC for SCM PH2- IT IS NOW A PRORITY AND WE NEED TO GET COMPLETION CERTIFICATION

• Life Sciences- We have also concluded with Training now... Documentation and some snags are pending

• SCM PH2 needs also some attention on the tagging purchase order for the BMS- CVA is to work on this

• The Bosch HSDK interface is well advanced and we awaiting the client

Development and Commissioning

• OTM urgent jobs and snags were also done in the last weeks• Another project that needs attention is CCA Villa ... There are

still some snags to be addressed –intruder alarm integration• Oncology 14_066- We have done most of the work here and

are waiting from Panta on this• The Siggiewi Primary school project – we need to close off

with snags and documentation here• Aurobindo we are proceeding with software development

and we have done quite some progress – we are also now commissioning this project- we will need to come up with a plan here.

Development and Commissioning• 16_004_Microbiz_PW_Otis_Interface- We are

presently working on a task list and POW as well as setting up the test rigs

Sales and Business Development

• First of all Well done to all involved for bringing home yet another Home Automation project- 15_026- Apap Villa – This is a large and prestigious project and I will be holding a kick off meeting in the next week

• We have been working on Home automation offerings and quotes for OTM (some of which are quite large) , a quote for CCTV at Enemalta and quotes for variations for existing projects.

• More lessons to follow shortly – this next week

This week Mr. Victor Meunierwill start as of the 5th April

and he will with till 16th June 2016He will be assisting CCI/CVA
