Module Production Facilities

In 2009, Jinko Solar has launched its module production with a total capacity of 150 MW

1.5 GW capacity in 2011

Jinko Solar module lines consist of:1) Fully-automated module assembling (NPC)2) ABB Robotics 3) Flash testing (Berger) 4)100% EL test before and after lamination

Cell Production Facilities

In June 2009, Jinko Solar has successfully acquired Sun Valley, a solar cell and module manufacturer

1.5 GW capacity in 2011

Jinko Solar introduced Jonas & Redmann System in line with a variety of cell technologies

1) Texturing & Acid Etching (Rena) 2) Diffusing (Tempress), 3) PECVD (Roth& Rau,Tempress) 4) Screen Printing (Baccini)

Wafer Production Facilities

In 2006, Jinko Solar has successfully launched its wafer manufacturing facilities

Jinko Solar has imported the world’s leading silicon processing facilities covering:

1) Ingot Casting (GTSolar)2) Cutting & Slicing (NTC Komatsu)
