No grain boundary visible in raw wafer.
Research & Development : Pseudo-mono
Combining the production method of both mono- and multi-crystalline silicon wafers, we are able to deliver new multi waferswith a higher efficiency, with surface similar to mono wafers.
With mc grains visible in raw wafer and after texturing
Eff. Improved 0.3%
Pseudo-mono
Full mono (Top Class Pseudo-Mono )
