+ world14War is a horrible, horrible, horrible thing. There is
nothing good about it, but itis sometimes necessary, and so
somebody better be good at it. I am youbetter be Gen Mark Welsh, in
a speech to USAFA cadetsAs the [UAS] program has developed we have
realized its value extends wellbeyond UAS-RPA and unmanned ISR.
This program uniquely provides USAFAcadets an incredibly realistic
air combat experience. I dont believe any otherprogram here gives
our cadets a better glimpse into their futures as air powerleaders.
