Technical Review 2010-2011NAVU/FFK
1. Introduction
Currently the technical department of FFK is responsible for the following policy areas:
o Youth Development
o Senior Football - competition, advice and consultancy
o Education and Staff Development -technical, administrative, managerial
o National selections: supervision and coordination (all age and gender categories)
o Management and Organization - advising clubs and federation
o Women’s Football Development - stimulation and coordination
o Projects and events - football festivals and grassroots events
o Documentation and Innovation- technical data and development
o PR and Publicity – projects and events
The technical staff consists of one fulltime employee in permanent employment and several
part-time cadres that are formed project-based for a limited time-period. Supporting personnel
for materials management, information management and publicity is also recruited project-
based.

Product 1: Education and Staff Development
Education, courses, formation of technical, arbitral, administrative and medical staff in football
support and management.
Product 2: Technical Development Players
o Technical development through a youth plan, development and implementation at club-
level
o Implementation of talent-development programs in several regions
o Organization of Football Festivals and Grassroots football
o Organization of football in schools and in the region
o National selections represented in all age-categories
o Organization of a proper youth competition
o Organization of divers other varieties of competition for the different disciplines Beach,
Football, Futsal and Women’s Football.
Product 3: Research and Development, Documentation and Registration
To provide new technologies, methods, innovation and tools within the framework of Youth
Development, Technical Development and Education.

o Materials Management for national selections
