Early 1900’s--Pizza arrived in the U.S.

soldiers fell in love with the Italian pizza.

•  They brought it back with them.

•  Wide spread opening of pizza parlors across the U. S.

Pizza Hut

•  Pizza Hut was the first chain restaurant to sell pizza in the

U. S.
