INFRASTRUCTURE PLANS
1.
Earthwork infra plans (linen set) should be clearly coloured (skills not less than 1:1000) and shall contain:- i. Site earthwork II. Slip road III. The River/grooves/natural drainage

Contour plan for every 2 metres that shows where the earthworks will be conducted (scale not less than 1 : 500).
3
Cut and fill of more than 3 metres in depth or high (colour in red for cut land and blue for fill land).
4
Please state the total volume for cut and fill land.

The protection for earthworks from erosion, including the protection while earthworks is continue.
6
The total acrege that been developed must be submitted in hectare and acre unit.

‘Wash through should be construct on the exit / entrance road and high pressure water pump must be provided.

The compression test must be conducted for every 300mm layer for the embankment land.

The dumping area and the route that will be used should be stated.

The road / drainage layout should be accordance to the layout plan approved by the Town & Development Planning Division, Nilai Municipal Council.

All plan must be signed by the land owner and certified and under the responsibilities of the Registered Certified Engineer.

The approval from JKR if the road entrance proposal involved with the JKR gazetted.

The usage of rubble pitching wall on main drain wall is not encouraged. The reinforced concrete wall / precast concrete from L or U shape should be used.
Warning:-
No earthworks is allowed to be initiated until all plans and requirements is ready under the By-Laws is approved.
Any offences committed under the By-Laws, if convicted, the fine penalty will be imposed of not more than RM 2,000.00 and the additional penalty may be imposed of not more than RM 100.00 for each continuous offences. PART III
SPECIAL ALLOCATION RELATED TO THE SITE FOUNDATION WORKS

(1)
(a) Any wastage from the site foundation works
which is more than 3 metres in depth should be covered by a steel sheet of pilling bridge.
(b) For other site foundation which is more than 3
metres in depth, other protection for the sides should be built.

The requirements under the paragraph (1) (a) and (b) may be loosen or exempted by the Council if the Council is satisfied with the determinations, designs or counts which is submitted to them, whereby it is a form of other protection of at least the same level of effectiveness or better, and provide a sufficient protection for connectivity property or the requirements is unnecessary, whichever is related.

The ground survey should be conducted and the spring in any site foundation earthworks should be determined and the Engineer who submitted the plans under By-Laws 4 must submit ground survey and should certify any spring level deepening which does not involved any structure, road or other properties around. [Please submit Ground Survey Report to the Council].
Land must be investigated and level of water shall be determined.

PART IV THE PROVISIONS RELATING TO GENERAL EARTHWORKS

Whereby there are buildings or structure located in the earthworks, it should be demolished or removed before the earthworks can be conducted unless it is exempted from the Council.
Any current buildings and others must be demolished or removed.

If any trees at the site of earthworks, it may be cut or cleared before any earthworks is ready to be conducted.
The Trees will not be cut until the current site is ready to be conducted.

All earthworks which is more than 3 metres high or depth should be protected by the retaining structure or slope stabilizer unless it is exempted from the Council.

Regarding the earthworks where the permanent retaining structure or slope stabilizer is exempted from the Council, therefore the temporary retaining structure or slope stabilizer should be built within the earthworks period.

The earthworks should be conducted according to the stages submitted under the By-Laws 7(6) and no earthworks can be initiated or continued to the next stage unless the Engineer who submit the plans certify via in written that the earthworks may not cause the disturbances or damages to the properties surround. (Please submit the earthworks arrangement schedule)

16 The Council, at any time before any earthworks is conducted, may permitted the works to be proceeded at the next stages. a) Drained and diverted mainstreams and natural water
and sewers, including having enough ridge. (b) To construct a sufficient sludge retainer and also to be
maintained accordingly. (c) To construct a retaining structure wall where it is
necessary. (d) The slopes to be protected sufficiently to avoid erosion.
The rules may be imposed at any point before any earthworks can be continued to the next stages.

(e) The foundation of road site is build and the road surface is seal to avoid the sludge from being drifted in the available water channel.
and (f) The landfill is condense
Besides that, the lorries for earthworks should be washed before entering any current road and for the housing area whereby this project is run in stages / (phase) therefore other access for the usage of this project should receive approval from the Council.

ADDITIONAL ATTACHMENT
CONSTRCUTION OF HIGH BUILDING AT HILLY AREA / OLD MINING SITE ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT AND RULES 1 Related project developer should appoint other independent accredited Consultant to
conduct re-assessment to get second opinion regarding the stability and safety of the building and the site for building which is more than 1 storey that is propose to build at the hill slope or for building more than 5 storey is proposed to be built at old mining area.
2 In making evaluation, the independent consultant should taking into account the following
matters:- a) The environmental and ditching.
b) Geotechnical and geogical. c) The pilling record and load test, and d) The building structure strength. 3 During the implementation level, the related developer should ensure that the following
items is comply:
a) A minimum land cutting and just enough for the construction is conducted;
b) The tree and plant cutting at the related area should be conducted at the minimum level.
