Building the Future

Current Activities this Week:

Foundations:

Area 4 Field Level – Foundations for “infill” area

between Column Lines 39-1 are ongoing.

Concrete Flatwork:

Area 3 Field Level – Concrete for slab-on-grade up to

Stair 1 will be placed this week.

Masonry:

Area 1 – Field level masonry installation is ongoing in

Area H, G, F, E and D. Area 2/3 – Concourse building

masonry installation is ongoing.

Steel Erection:

Area 4 – Steel erection for “infill” area is ongoing

(Sequence 3-3). Truss installation has started.

Area 2 – Steel joist and metal decking installation for

concourse buildings is ongoing. Canopy decking

installation is ongoing. Canopy gutter enclosure framing

installation is ongoing.

Roofing and Sheetmetal:

Area 1 – Permanent roofing installation at West

Building is ongoing. Area 2/3 – Canopy gutter installation

is ongoing.

Update – Week of

10.4.2010

Field Level Area 3 – Concrete slab-on grade

prep is ongoing to column line 4.

Area 4 – Trusses 41 and 42 being set and

connected. 1 more truss remains (40 Line).

Field Level Area 3 – Masonry in Section D is

ongoing.

Building the Future

Metal Stud Framing:

Area 1 – Metal stud framing for Field, Concourse, Suite

and Press Levels are ongoing. Exterior metal stud framing

and sheathing installation is ongoing at Field, Suite, and

Press Levels.

Glass:

Area 1 - Curtainwall framing and glass installation is

ongoing at West Building on west, south and east

elevations. South “wing” framing has started.

MEP Rough-in:

Area 3 – Underground MEP rough-in is ongoing.

West Building - Ductwork installation on

Concourse, Suite and Press Levels are ongoing.

Plumbing rough-in is ongoing on Suite and

Press Levels. Fire Protection rough-in is ongoing on

Concourse, Suite and Press Levels. Electrical rough-in is

ongoing on Concourse, Suite and Press Levels.

Projected Activities occurring next Week:

Foundations:

Area 3/4 Field Level – Foundations for “infill” area

Between Column Lines 39-1 will be complete.

Concrete Flatwork:

Area 3 Field Level – Concrete placement for Slab-on

Grade from lower dock area to Column Line 1.

Area 3 and 4 Field Level – Installation of on-grade seating

risers and intermediate stairs will continue.

Masonry:

Area 1 – Field level masonry installation will continue in

Area H, G, F, E and D. Area 2/3 – Concourse building

masonry installation will continue.

Area 3 – Shot of the Canopy decking

installation that has started on the east side.

Area 1 – Curtainwall “wing” framing at south

end is being constructed.

Field Level Area 4 – Structural steel and

foundations are ongoing at Cauldron Club.

Area 4 – Structural steel erection for “infill” area will

be ongoing. Area 2 – Steel joist and metal decking

installation for concourse buildings will continue.

Canopy decking installation will continue. Canopy gutter

enclosure framing installation will continue.

Building will continue. Area 3 – Canopy gutter installation

Press Level balconies will continue. Curtainwall framing

at Field Side of Main Concourse will continue.

MEP Rough-in:

MEP Rough-in at Concourse, Suite and Press Levels will

continue. Ductwork installation on Concourse, Suite, and

Press Level will continue. Fire Sprinkler installation will

continue on Concourse, Suite and Press Levels.

Field – Installation of the Storm Loop around

playing field has started.

Area 1 – Shot of the west building showing
