• Went to school to be the next Steve Dahl

• Started doing local radio in 2005 for Free

• my first podcast about Mortgages & Real Estate

• currently do two, but I will never tell you the 2nd

• I am a realtor & local internet marketer


Podcast?a syndicated audio or video program meant to be played on a handheld device, like iPod or a smartphone


what is a podcast...

• essentially it is a radio show

• narrowcasted & episodic

• it is distributed over the internet (duh)

• you can listen anywhere & anytime

• on nearly any device


podcast listener stats

• half of all podcast listeners are 12 to 34

• 25% of listeners are college grads or better

• majority have an income of $75k or greater

• battle of the sexes is almost equal

While podcast awareness has remained flat...


so does podcast listenership

as smartphones grow in popularity
