If companies spend this much time, energy and money on their brand,
how much should you spend on your personal brand?
1. A mental picture or impression of something.
2. A mental conception held in common by members of a group
and symbolic of a basic attitude and orientation.
For instance, your Credit Union’s image
is created by the company culture,
which is displayed through their employees;
thus, contributing to and portraying the company brand.
Your personal brand,
may or may not align with the company culture,
which may determine your success in that organization.
