Developing Your Collaboration Team

Building trust with all interested parties – Landowners, Agencies, Environmentalists, Local community members and those who may be affected.

Encourage the group to build the goal and agenda around the “need”.

Develop an “Adaptive Management Team” to direct the activities.

Our “goal” was and is:

MISSION STATEMENT…TO ENHANCE 33,000 ACRES (NOW 80,000 AC) OF CHAPARRAL

BELT LAND AND ASSOCIATED AREAS IN ORDER TO MAKE THE LAND MORE PRODUCTIVE AND SAFE FOR THE SOCIAL, FINANCIAL, AND ENVIRONMENTAL NEEDS OF THE TEMPORARY STEWARDS OF THE LAND.
